Thus, the Tathagata, because of a moment, an instant, a short time, is seen to accomplish various teachings for various realms of the world and various beings to be tamed. If all of those were to gather together, just like this, the sun and other places, we would say, "The Tathagata dwells there," and this would arise. Those who gather together all that is destroyed in such a way do not fix a time. Or, because he often dwells in Rajagriha, if one wishes to say, "At one time when he was dwelling in Rajagriha," then the word "at one time" is added. The Blessed One is so called because he possesses the power to conquer the four maras, or because he possesses excellent qualities, he is called the Blessed One. (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, Chinese literal meaning) is called the cause and the reason, it is only the action itself, because one wants to express it by the action itself. Those are also the six kinds, such as freedom, namely: freedom and beauty, glory and fame, wisdom and diligence, possessing the perfect six, are called conquerors. Therefore, because he possesses all freedom, he is the Blessed One. Among them, freedom is not being subject to the power of others, because the Blessed One possesses this freedom, he has abandoned all obstacles, including habitual tendencies. The Blessed One has a complete form, because his body is adorned with the unsurpassed marks and all the excellent signs. He has complete fame, because his voice is widely spread in all directions. Complete merit is that which becomes the support of many, that is glory, and the Blessed One also possesses this glory, and all the complete merits of the world and beyond the world are to be relied upon by those who desire them. He has complete wisdom, because he has no attachment to all knowable things in every way, and he possesses unobstructed wisdom. He has complete diligence, because he is always constantly working for the benefit of others in every way. The Blessed One dwells there. Where does he dwell? He dwells in the place called Rajagriha, Rajagriha is the city of the Magadhas.

So be it. If asked, why is it called Rajagriha (King's Abode)? In the past, there was a king named 'Pioneer God,' who properly commenced a sacrifice and gathered five hundred sages and five hundred Brahmins. When he thought of performing the sacrifice, (someone said) 'Sacrifice with sheep,' which is quoted from the Vedas. To this, the Brahmins said, 'With sheep' means to sacrifice with livestock of sheep. The sages said, 'With horns' means to sacrifice with rice and other crops that grow without being planted. At that time, there was a king named Dhanya-pala (Wealth-protector), the king of the supremely victorious city, who was proficient in the meaning of all the Vedas, so both sides went to him for judgment. 'If you do not prioritize our view, then I will burn you to ashes with the fire of curses,' Dhanya-pala (Wealth-protector) was threatened by the Brahmins, and he only adopted the Brahmins' view. Due to this sin, he fell from the lion throne, the earth split open, and he fell into hell. Therefore, Brahmins, in activities such as sacrifices, sweep the ground clean and then recite 'Burong Shig' and so on. That king's son, named 'Victorious Army,' was told by the ministers, 'Go and find land!' Victorious Army received a revelation from a goddess in a dream: 'After crossing the Ganges, not far away, there are five mountains with a lake in the middle; build a city there. Your kingdom will last forever.' Victorious Army also built the city entirely according to the goddess's instructions. However, the non-humans abandoned Rajagriha and were all terrified. Then, the king completely surrounded the city with iron fences and said, 'These are all my home.' From now on, it will not be demolished, so it is called Rajagriha (King's Abode). The so-called 'dwelling in Rajagriha' refers to Lata, not Lata hidden by Tisma. In common, it is dwelling in the nature of equalized body, speech, and mind.

Etc. In particular, there are four abodes of the Buddha: abiding by conduct, abiding by teaching the Dharma, abiding by samadhi, and abiding by entering within. Among them, all the deeds of the body of the Buddhas are the first, and all the deeds of speech are the second. For those who abide in equanimity by their own nature, and for those who manifestly turn towards samadhi, the deeds of their minds are the third. For the Buddhas who look upon sentient beings with their wisdom eyes, and for the sake of gathering gods and others, the deeds of their minds are the fourth. Where does he reside in Rajagriha? It is said: In a place called Vulture Peak Mountain. In order to gather both householders and renunciants, and in order to show that the Form Body and the Dharma Body benefit each other, it is mentioned twice. The listeners also mentioned Vulture Peak Mountain in order to indicate that they had been manifestly coming to this teacher for a long time. In order to show the perfect retinue, it is said: Together with the great community of monks, etc. Because of the greatness of number and the greatness of qualities, they are called monks. Because the vows of a monk, which are the self-nature of non-manifestation, arise truly, they are called monks. The Vinaya holders say: The vows of a monk also arise in ten ways. Because self-arising wisdom arises truly, they are the Buddhas, the Bhagavad, and the Pratyekabuddhas. Some because the noble path arises truly, some because they receive full ordination by the way of "come hither", some because of refuge, they are the sixty good groups, some because they vow to be teachers, they are the venerable Kashyapa, and for the venerable Gotami and others who accepted the vows of offering mothers and heavy Dharma by messengers, they received full ordination by the karma of three statements and four requests, and the five irreversible ones, until today. How do the Sangha of those monks exist? In the manner of a Sangha. How does it become a Sangha? Because it is truly gathered by irreversibility.
