Because it is not the nature of Suchness, it does not understand Suchness. For example, a rabbit's horn does not understand the sky. The statement "non-nature does not understand non-nature" means that the imputed does not understand the imputed. For example, a rabbit's horn does not understand a rabbit's horn. Thus, nature, that which has nature, that which exists in nature, and that which is without nature, for both of these, what is to be known by what, what is to be known, and what knows, such a thing is impossible. The statement "both that which has nature and that which is without nature, in ultimate truth, are without substance, so what knowledge is to know by what, what thing is to be known, and what knower is to know, such a thing does not exist" is what is being shown. Sons of the gods, these natures are not made by the aggregates of form, from "are not" to "are not made by the all-knowingness itself," thus, the nature of emptiness, in ultimate truth, is without substance, so it is not possible for any worldly or transworldly dharma to be or not to be, this is what is being shown. Sons of the gods, these natures are not human or non-human, etc., from "are not" to "are not conditioned or unconditioned," refers to the natures mentioned above, which in ultimate truth are without substance, so they are not the substance of any human or non-human, etc., this is the meaning to be expressed. Sons of the gods, if someone says, what is the nature of the sky? From "if someone says" to "the sky has no nature at all," refers to the nature of emptiness, which is not made by any substance, nor is it the nature of anything, this reason is shown by taking the example from the sky. The Blessed One taught, from "The Blessed One taught" to "therefore it is called Tathagata," refers to the fact that in ultimate truth, the nature of all dharmas is without substance, the nature of emptiness, the essence of the realm of dharma, is inherently such, not made empty or made existent by anyone, such a nature, the Tathagata has realized without error, therefore it is called Tathagata.

Furthermore, the term "Tathāgata" refers to the complete and unerring realization of the suchness of all phenomena. In the Indian language, "Tathāgata" means to know things as they are or to realize suchness. Then, "The sons of the gods who dwell in the desire realm and the form realm requested the Blessed One as follows," and so on, indicates that the gods praised the Blessed One, saying that it is wonderful that all phenomena were previously taught to be without inherent characteristics in the ultimate sense, and that in the conventional sense, the characteristics of all phenomena were separately distinguished and taught according to worldly conventions. Because the Blessed One fully awakened to these characteristics, "the wisdom vision of the Tathāgata engages without obstruction in all phenomena," which means that because of realizing the aforementioned characteristics of emptiness, the wisdom of the Tathāgata sees all phenomena without obstruction in the conventional sense. By entering into these characteristics, the Tathāgata, the Arhat, the perfectly enlightened Buddha, awakened to the Prajñāpāramitā, which transcends all attachment to characteristics. This is to say that relying on the realization that all phenomena are empty in the ultimate sense, it is wonderful to realize that in the conventional sense, the Prajñāpāramitā is without attachment to all characteristics. After fully awakening, the Prajñāpāramitā was also correctly taught, and the characteristics were thoroughly explained, which means that the Tathāgata fully awakened to the profound characteristics. The meaning is that after realizing the profound Prajñāpāramitā, which transcends all attachment to characteristics, and then thoroughly explaining its meaning, the characteristic of emptiness, to sentient beings, it is wonderful that it was taught because of realizing the profound characteristics. Blessed One, if that is the case, then the profound Prajñāpāramitā becomes the domain of the Tathāgatas, the Arhats, the perfectly enlightened Buddhas, until "making a thorough distinction of all characteristics."
