Uncountable because it cannot be counted like the numbers one and two, and so on. Immeasurable because it cannot be reached by subsequent measures. Furthermore, Mañjuśrī, because there are no sentient beings, one should recognize that there is no suchness. From "Whatever all dharmas are, all of those are also without characteristics," this is the third commentary on the occasion of the realm of dharma, which speaks of suchness. Furthermore, Mañjuśrī, because there is no self, one should recognize that there are no sentient beings. From "Whatever all dharmas are, all of those are also without characteristics," this is the fourth commentary on the occasion of suchness, which speaks of the self-nature and so forth fabricated by non-Buddhists, as well as the ultimate reality, showing that these have no entity. Furthermore, Mañjuśrī, because there is no self, one should recognize that there are no sentient beings, and so forth, this is the fifth commentary on the occasion of ultimate reality, adding the inconceivable realm and the five aggregates, showing that these are without characteristics. Similarly, the commentary combined with the six internal sense bases is the sixth. The commentary combined with the six external sense bases is the seventh. The commentary combined with the six consciousnesses is the eighth. The commentary combined with the six contacts that arise from aggregation is the ninth. The commentary combined with the six feelings that arise from the cause of contact is the tenth. The commentary combined with the six elements, such as the earth element, is the eleventh. The commentary combined with the limbs of dependent origination, such as ignorance, is the twelfth. The commentary combined with the six perfections is the thirteenth. The commentary combined with the eighteen emptinesses is the fourteenth. The commentary combined with the thirty-seven factors of enlightenment is the fifteenth. The commentary combined with the dharmas from the four noble truths to the doors of the dhāraṇīs is the sixteenth, because these dharmas are mentioned in one category because they are common dharmas of the śrāvakas and bodhisattvas. The ten powers of the Tathāgata, the four fearlessnesses, the individual perfect knowledge, great compassion, and the unshared dharmas of the Buddha.
