For the sake of thoroughly distinguishing, a treatise is composed: Afflictions, knowable things, and the three paths, for the sake of faults, the purification of Hearers, Solitary Realizers, and Bodhisattvas, is highly praised by all Buddhas. Afflictions, etc., as well as the distinctions of what is grasped, as well as the path and the third, etc., the complete purification that is abandoned by these three paths of unknowing existence, is, in order, Hearers, Solitary Realizers, and Bodhisattvas, that is, the sons of the Victors, and the Buddhas are extremely beyond that end point, and the extremely above the extremely is the end of existence. In order to eliminate the obscurations together with the habitual tendencies. "All" means all kinds of things. "All," which is called extensive explanation, is said in the treatise: The path of the small of the small, etc., In the nine pure grounds, The great of the great, etc., Is the antidote to defilement. Thus, there are nine purifications in the grounds, the desire realm, the form realm, and the eight formless realms. Each path has nine grounds. The distinction of the small of the small, etc., has eighty-one distinctions. The distinction of the great of the great, etc., has ninety-nine faults on each ground, which are the antidotes to eighty-one. Here, the nine paths that are spoken of are: others, etc., all-knowing, etc., and all kinds of knowers, which are the small of the small path and the middle of the small. After that, etc., the depth of the profound is difficult to measure, for the sake of complete purification, that is, the selflessness in that nature, which is the great path of the small. To make clear is to eliminate darkness, all dharmas are completely pure, which is the small of the middle. Having appearance is seeing, for the sake of complete purification, which is the middle of the middle. Connecting existence is migrating to another existence, for the sake of complete purification, which is the great of the middle. There is no complete affliction, for the sake of complete purification, that is, by nature, all dharmas are completely without affliction, which is the small of the great. There is no attainment and no realization, for the sake of complete purification, that is, all dharmas have no attainment and

That which is called "no direct perception" is the medium of the great. There is no accomplishment, because of complete purity, all dharmas are said to be without accomplishment, this is the great part of the great path. These nine aspects are the path, and should be understood on each ground. The teaching says, so-called "extremely unborn" etc., is the complete understanding of the path itself. Here it says in the treatise: The antidote to the three realms, in the equality of measure and measurable, completely abandoning disputes, the path is also regarded as its antidote. This is to say, the completely pure path of the unborn of the three realms. Saying that is the word "extremely", because of complete purity, there is no birth in the nature of the desire realm etc., this refers to the antidote itself of the three realms, here it also says the equality of measure and measurable, where it says not understanding is not grasping, correct not understanding is not making distinctions. Wanting to clarify it and asking is, so-called "what" etc., so-called "because of complete purity" is so-called "extremely non-existent" because of, is the equality of knower and known. Dispute is, here the nature of complete purity is not suitable as the path of meditation, the eight faults mentioned here are, the path is also, this "also" is the order of distinction and difference, so-called "of dispute" is the first word for arising. It is not considered the path of meditation itself, and here the answer to those disputes is the meaning of having been refuted above. Asking so timidly about this tenet is, this "is" refers to the dispute dependent on the cause, for the other eight disputes, the cause of the tenet is the eight paths. So-called "neither doing benefit nor doing harm" refers to the tenet, if it does not do a little bit somewhere, then how is it the path somewhere, this is the question for the dispute. The answer is "because of complete purity", omniscience itself is the complete purity of the dharmadhatu itself, that is also naturally completely pure, therefore for that, there is nothing slightly that can be done here, it is only said wanting to exhaust the sudden obstacles. So-called "not grasping" etc. refers to the tenet, if grasping becomes distinction.
