Having. Sixteen moments explain the nature of difference. That is, distinguishing the paths by other differences. That is also: Inconceivable and unequal, Completely beyond measure and number. The wise one who gathers all the noble ones, With the nature of knowing what is not common, Knows quickly, without decrease or lack, Accomplishment and true accomplishment, Object of focus and basis complete, All-encompassing and all-holding, Without taste and with distinction, The sixteen natures are to be known, By which this path excels others, The path is distinguished by its excellence. That is, there are four moments of seeing the truth of suffering as the object of focus: endurance of knowing the Dharma in suffering, knowing the Dharma, endurance of knowing accordingly, and knowing accordingly. The differences between these are, in order, inconceivability, inequality, immeasurability, and innumerability. These are spoken of, such as "from then on," etc. "With great activity" means abiding closely with great activity in some place, therefore it is profound. Where there is such inconceivable activity, by itself it is unequal and equal activity. Here, the different activities of the five are not shown. "Tathāgata-nature" means passing away according to the nature of suchness. "Becoming a Buddha" means oneself manifestly awakening. "Self-arising nature" means having power over all dharmas. "Wisdom that is pure, without attachment, and without obstruction in all aspects of all dharmas" means omniscience. How is this activity inconceivable? It is said to be "unable." "By mind" means that speech also depends on mind, therefore it is with thoughts that think of other objects, and those who have minds. Mind is consciousness, and there are two kinds of consciousness: direct perception and the other. Among them, the first does not have Tathāgata-nature, etc., for the world. If it transforms into the other, then it is not grasping its own nature. For those who do not have an object of mind, there are no mental factors and those who are truly and completely in accordance with the mind. That which cannot be thought of is also very difficult to measure.

The ground that is spoken of is, in the sense of thinking or being pleasing. Because of the fruits of its inconceivable nature and so on, it is declared in the moments seen by the inconceivable nature and so on. To say "for the sake of focusing on the inconceivable" is what should be said. The elders and so on refer to that opportunity. Subhuti, "because all dharmas are immeasurable," means that it refers to each of the forms and feelings and so on. Otherwise, it is to establish what is to be established and what establishes it without distinction. To say "because it is equal to space" means that because the cause is not equal, it is also said that the inconceivable and so on are also. Why is that so, and for example, it is only form and so on. To say "it is not so" refers to the fact that it is only because of the non-existence of self-nature. This also refers to the Tathagata's Dharma-nature as well, because of the nature of the utterly pure Dharma-realm, the non-existence of self-nature like space is the Dharma of all Tathagatas, this is what is thought. To say "to go unequally" and "this and this are equal" means that the two are equally close and change, although they have not become equal, they are not unequal. To say "space is inconceivable" and so on is to closely summarize. To say "has become distinguished" means that, in terms of ultimate truth, to say the inconceivable and so on to the distinction of the non-existence of self-nature, in terms of conventional truth, that is the meaning. Space has no intimacy, because it has not left the seeds of affliction, the body, speech, and mind have no qualities, and there is no habitual tendency of characteristics. For the Dharma, it refers to the Four Noble Truths, because this Dharma is the path, and the eye is for seeing, which refers to the Dharma eye, which is the path of seeing. With its moments of patience, it can be freed from dust, and with the moments of knowledge, it can be stainless and eternally pure. For the Dharma, it refers to all Dharmas. Patience is unpolluted wisdom, and the one who obtains it is the eighth ground. Again, wanting to speak of the distinction of the great deed and opening up the opportunity, it is from then on.
