That which possesses transcendence is the vajra, because it is as hard and indestructible as the vajra. That which possesses the transcendence of meditation is the mountain, because it is like a mountain, unyielding and immovable. That which possesses the transcendence of wisdom is like the king of medicine, because it completely eliminates all obscurations. That which possesses immeasurable love, compassion, joy, and equanimity is the spiritual friend, because like a great spiritual friend, one never abandons the relationship in any circumstance. That which possesses clairvoyance is the wish-fulfilling jewel, because like it, one obtains the desired result. Giving, kind speech, beneficial action, and consistency are the means of gathering, and that which possesses them is the sun, because it is like the sun, fully ripening the crops of those to be tamed. That which separately understands dharma, meaning, definitive words, and eloquence is song, because it is like the beautiful song of a Gandharva, satisfying those to be tamed by teaching them the dharma. One should not rely on meaning, but should be skilled in arranging words, and so on. One should not follow those who possess knowledge of the Dharma, such as elders. One should not follow the wisdom that arises from meditation, but should follow the nature of wisdom. One should proclaim the sutras of definitive meaning taught by the Buddha Bhagavan, the supreme measure, and not the sutras of provisional meaning, because that which possesses definitive meaning is the cause of non-decline, like a king. That which possesses the accumulation of merit and wisdom is a treasury, because it is like a treasury, the place of accumulation of many merits and wisdoms. That which possesses the thirty-seven factors of enlightenment is the great path, because it is like the road of a king, the place where all noble beings travel. That which possesses shamatha and vipashyana is a vehicle, and like a vehicle, it travels in comfort. That which possesses dharani and eloquence is adorned water.

It is like the water of the Kodya flower, in accordance with the water holder and the inexhaustible spring, it can remember the meaning of the Dharma that has been heard and not heard, because it is like an inexhaustible spring. All conditioned phenomena are impermanent, all contaminated phenomena are suffering, all phenomena are without self, Nirvana is peace, possessing these four Dharma seals is being eloquent, like the sound of eloquence, when heard by those to be tamed who desire liberation, they will feel joy. The Bodhisattva who has obtained forbearance of non-arising dharmas, because he performs actions without difference, is the only path to enter, and that which corresponds to this is the river, like the continuous flow of the river, because it flows naturally. That which corresponds to the one who is skilled in the means of the teachings, such as being born in the Tushita heaven, is the cloud, like the cloud, because it arises from accomplishing the benefit of all sentient beings. Clouds and so on are the perfection of the vessel world. Here, know that this is from the "Arya Inexhaustible Intellect Sutra", just as it is said therein, from the two great Bhagavati Mothers, twenty-two kinds of bodhicitta are proclaimed, of which the first is the difference of the characteristic of desire, the rest are the difference of its companions, because it is together with combination, thought, and so on. From the "Arya Inexhaustible Intellect Sutra", everything is proclaimed as eighty inexhaustible in order, of which the first is bodhicitta itself, the rest are its companions, which are various combinations, thoughts, and so on. The initial bodhicitta is the fundamental inexhaustible, from the inexhaustible combination to the inexhaustible skillful means. Although this is so, how should it be made into eighty? By doing the tenth bodhicitta together with the difference of the second, it is made into sixty-eight kinds. Together with ten is immeasurable, together with supernormal knowledge, gathering, separate wisdom, showing, union, direction, two twos, Dharma, sutra, and entering. Two roots, the tenth bodhicitta, with the difference of the second is inexhaustible. Direction with five, four, two twos, three and bodhicitta. Thus, the Bhagavan for the permanent one...
