This mere earth is the object of cause and effect. Therefore, these are without an agent. Likewise, the Perfection of Wisdom is also thus. Since all dharmas are inconceivable, the Perfection of Wisdom should be known as inconceivable. Just as dharmas cannot be shown to others, because there is no realm of words. Likewise, one cannot think or examine them oneself, because they are of the same meaning as discriminations. Likewise, the Perfection of Wisdom is also inconceivable. The statement "should be reasoned" etc., is connected to words such as the equality of all dharmas, because without it, there is no arising. From the saying "Bodhisattva" etc., the "from then on" refers to the complete perfection of the teaching. "Remaining thus" means not rising from the seat of listening. "From then on" etc. refers to the teaching. "At that time" etc. refers to the explanation. "At that time" refers to the order and manner in which the Perfection of Wisdom was taught, and in that same order and manner, thirty samadhis arose, which is the meaning of the summary. Among them, since all dharmas are of the nature of equality, it is also taught in samadhi. If these are aspects, then what are these aspects? Through these aspects, namely: the aspects of the four and wisdom. Aspect means characteristic. Thus it is said, but nevertheless, the object of each is the basis of that itself, as it is. Or, the equality of all dharmas etc. itself is the object, because its object is the object of that samadhi, so it is said. Abiding in the basis, signlessness etc. are the aspects of each as they are. "Those etc." refers to the thirty samadhis etc. If those etc. are what? Because these themselves include the rest, "hundreds of thousands" means reconciliation. The chapter represented by Dharma Superior is that chapter. The Difficult Commentary on the Holy Eight Thousand Verse Perfection of Wisdom, composed by the master Ratnakara Shanti (Jewel Source of Peace).

Chapter Thirty-one of the "Profound Essence". "Immediately after obtaining," etc., refers to the benefits of the samadhi heard from this, which arise at that time, and for that reason, the word "immediately" indicates simultaneous attainment. Even if there is attainment. "Such a principle" refers to the eight realizations mentioned earlier. "This name" refers to omniscience, etc. "Wherever one is born, one will never be separated from the Buddha" is the teaching. From "This will not be separated from the scriptures mentioned below" to "in between" is the explanation. "He" etc. refers to the beginning of the complete entrustment. "He with these names" refers to how Sadāprarudita appeared. "Ānanda, therefore" to "This is my instruction" is the first entrustment. Why is there the phrase "blessing of the Tathāgata" here? Because it is of great significance. World Honored One, because there are many obstacles to the Mother Sutra, one cannot even write without the blessing of the Buddha, this is the teaching. "This is my instruction" means this is my entrustment, just as hearing this and so on will not be interrupted, you should do the same, that is the meaning. "Why is that?" refers to what is the necessity of complete entrustment. "Therefore, from this Prajñāpāramitā" etc. were spoken. "Why is that?" etc. is the beginning of the second entrustment. "In this dwelling" refers to in this body. "Likewise" refers to these joys, etc. After making these beginnings, "Ānanda" etc. were spoken for the sake of complete entrustment. "Two or three times" refers to complete entrustment, which is true entrustment. "Subsequently complete entrustment" refers to complete entrustment accordingly. How is it completely entrusted? Therefore, "By all means" etc. were spoken. "Inferior person" refers to one who is disrespectful. Why should one rejoice and respect this?

Therefore, joyful one, from where is it known as the Prajñāpāramitā, until what is said between 'one should know the conduct of the Tathāgata.' The Blessed One, in order to fully clarify the mother (Prajñāpāramitā), the compiler spoke the words 'Blessed One' and so on. What is called 'Thus' is the Sutra of Prajñāpāramitā. What is called 'bestowing the word' is 'speaking.' The Blessed One is the teacher. The one who rejoices in benefiting others is the Tathāgata. The one who supremely benefits others is what is taught by the Blessed One. Therefore, it is said, 'rejoicing,' meaning to be delighted by teaching the unsurpassed Dharma. What did the listener do? Therefore, it is said, 'manifestly praised what was spoken by the Blessed One.' Manifestly relating before the praise is related to karma. Among them, some are related to desire, and some are related to joy. In this regard, the object is the karma here, and that karma is the teaching itself spoken by the Blessed One. Who are the listeners? It is said Bodhisattva Mahāsattva and so on. The world is the collection of sentient beings. The listeners are also in the context of Rājagṛha (present-day Rajgir), so it is a collection of people. In order to cut off the distinctions by this alone, it is specially distinguished as gods, humans, asuras, gandharvas, etc., and the world of Bodhisattvas, etc., and gods, etc., is summarized. The chapter on expressing entrustment is the chapter on entrustment. Free from various stains of delusion, abandoning the distinctions of grasper and grasped. Whatever beings are of one taste in suchness, that is extremely beautiful. The wisdom that liberates from conceptual thought, that is the mind of the Bodhisattva. That liberation degree of pure nature, the hero is called Tathāgata. In that eight thousand verses, the eight Abhisamayas are revealed. I will clearly distinguish its cause and sutra, may the merit obtained thereby. The fruit of accumulation, may it liberate beings as appropriate. May I also attain the freedom to accomplish various activities without interruption. As long as there is here the essence of a great lamp.
