Because of its absence, it is impermanent; the meaning of absence is the meaning of impermanence. Suffering is because all phenomena lack the application of seeking; seeking is enjoyment. Emptiness is because the nature of all phenomena is unobservable. Selflessness is because there is no manifest attachment to all phenomena. Signlessness is because all phenomena lack signs. The sixteen aspects of cessation, from the cessation of inner emptiness because inner phenomena are unobservable, to the cessation of the emptiness of the nature of non-things because the emptiness of the nature of non-things is unobservable, are the aspects of knowing the path. Having taken hold with the all-knowingness, With the distinction of the three all-knowingnesses, in accordance with the truth of the path, starting from mindfulness, up to the final aspect of Buddhahood, disciples, Bodhisattvas, and Buddhas, in order, are established as thirty-seven, thirty-four, and thirty-nine. Thus it is said, in all-knowingness, from the establishment of mindfulness to the aspect of Buddhahood, there are one hundred and ten aspects, from the perfection of mindfulness to the perfection of Buddhahood. Whatever aspects of the final Buddhahood exist, there it is said thus. With the distinction of the three all-knowingnesses, the truth of the path of Hearers, Bodhisattvas, and Buddhas, in accordance with them, in order, are thirty-seven, thirty-four, and thirty-nine. Among them, the aspects of enlightenment, etc., because they rely on the path of Hearers, and the three doors of liberation, the eight liberations, the nine successive meditative absorptions, the four truths, the ten perfections, etc., because they rely on the path of Bodhisattvas, and the ten powers, the four fearlessnesses, the four analytical knowledges, the eighteen unshared qualities, the Tathagata-nature, the self-born nature, and the Buddha-nature, etc., rely on the path of Buddhahood.

It is for this reason. Here, the saying "because it completely transcends all dharmas" is because it completely transcends the dharmas of the Shravakas and others. Because it speaks of how the Dharma abides, it is indeed the Tathagata. How is it so? Because all the statements of the Buddhas are in accordance with reality. Because it has occurred, it is occurrence, meaning it has occurred. The term "self-arisen" means that because one desires oneself, it arises from this, hence it is self-arisen. How is that so? Because it is the very mastery over all dharmas. How is it that it is Buddhahood? Because of the complete enlightenment of all dharmas, because it is the all-knowingness of all aspects. If all aspects are made into one, there are one hundred and seventy-three aspects. Now, since the combination is to be spoken of, it is difficult to find even a little hearing of the Blessed Mother. In order to show how to combine well, it is said: Respect the Buddhas, generate roots of virtue from them, and be accompanied by the protection of virtuous friends; this is the vessel for listening. Attending to the Buddhas and all inquiries, practicing giving and morality, etc., receiving and holding, etc., the noble ones consider them as vessels. It is said that those who have honored the Buddhas of the past, generated roots of virtue from them, and are fully possessed by virtuous friends are the vessels for listening to this, that is, what is heard in the ear, and not others. Whoever has attended many Buddhas in previous lives, and practices the six perfections with all inquiries, by that very fact, from receiving and holding the Blessed Mother, up to diligently engaging in the Perfection of Wisdom in reality, they become vessels, and not otherwise. Therefore, those who hear the Blessed Mother must know that they certainly possess the three qualities of respect, etc. Those who receive, etc., and diligently engage in reality, must certainly regard them as possessing the three qualities of respect, etc., and attending to the Buddhas, etc. From there
