It is not the future. Nor is it happening now. Anything that is without substance in this way, and that which is without substance cannot be fully dedicated by that which is without substance, that is the complete dedication that does not belong to the three realms. The other three dedications, which are the nature of producing great merit, are of three kinds: small, medium, and large. The sutra begins with "Then, the Blessed One" and ends with "unsurpassed." The way of no characteristics, the way of no object, and the suchness that is not other, are the ways of non-attachment. The merit that is dedicated by this, is that the beings of the three-thousand great-thousand world systems, having obtained the ten virtues, the four dhyanas, the four immeasurables, the formless absorptions, and the five supernormal cognitions, from the chief of merits to "unsurpassed," is the small dedication that produces great merit. The sutra begins with "Furthermore, Subhuti" and ends with "the merit of that dedication dedicated by the non-attachment dedication increases greatly." All the beings of the three-thousand great-thousand world systems become solitary realizers, and some serve them with all necessities for as long as they live. Compared to that, the merit of that which is dedicated by the non-attachment dedication increases greatly, until the end, it is the medium dedication that produces great merit. The sutra begins with "Furthermore, Subhuti" and ends with "honored and worshiped." All the beings of the three-thousand great-thousand world systems become Bodhisattvas, and for each of the ten directions, beings of worlds as numerous as the sands of the Ganges River, serve each Bodhisattva with all necessities and all comforts, for as many eons as there are sands in the Ganges River, those merits are not even close to one hundredth part of the merit of the non-attachment dedication, until "even the cause cannot be tolerated," it is the production of great merit

It is a great dedication. Suppose that all sentient beings in the three thousand worlds become Bodhisattvas, the accumulation of merit arising from the dedication with objects of those Bodhisattvas cannot even come close to one hundredth part of the merit of the dedication of one Bodhisattva without objects, and so on, and cannot even be endured. These are what are said from "Then the Four Great Kings" etc., to "unsurpassed." Having thus shown the dedication to mindfulness, next, the rejoicing mindfulness will be spoken of. The sutra on rejoicing starts from "Then the venerable Subhuti" and goes up to "Then the son of the venerable Sharadvati." Its meaning is: With skillful means and non-objectification, Rejoicing in the roots of virtue, Rejoicing mindfulness, Here it is said to be meditation. It is said that whatever rejoicing in the roots of virtue with skillful means and non-objectification, that is, here, rejoicing mindfulness is meditation. Therefore, there are two ways: rejoicing through non-objectification is not taking or abandoning those roots of virtue, from "Thus I rejoice" to "dedicating to unsurpassed perfect enlightenment." Rejoicing through skillful means is for those who have newly entered the Great Vehicle, like liberation, for such roots of virtue, and such Buddhas, and such all dharmas, as I rejoice, dedicating to perfect enlightenment. Subhuti, furthermore, the second "Subhuti" is said to be that it is more excellent in merit. That is rejoicing mindfulness. After showing the three mindfulnesses of the path of worldly meditation, the path of transcendental meditation is accomplishment and extreme purity, as shown above. Among them, in terms of accomplishment, its nature is supreme, not manifestly gathering in all, the objects of all dharmas.

Without, creating is a great meaning. Thus it is said, that which is called the path. The essence is the Prajñāpāramitā. Because of transcending conceptualization, it is Prajñā. The Blessed One Prajñāpāramitā is for the sake of extreme purity, starting from that. The Blessed One Prajñāpāramitā is because the essence of non-things is emptiness, the essence of all dharmas is also emptiness, thus the essence is spoken. The supreme nature is that the Prajñāpāramitā itself is the supreme and principal of the five perfections, from inequality to equality, the supreme nature is spoken. Does not manifestly gather in all. Thus it is said that whatever does not manifestly gather in all dharmas is its manifest attainment. Whatever form has no manifest attainment, up to omniscience, because there is no manifest attainment, the Prajñāpāramitā should be manifestly attained. Because form has no manifest attainment, thus it is said, up to omniscience there is no manifest attainment, and because of no birth and no object, the Prajñāpāramitā should be manifestly attained, thus the manifest attainment is spoken. Dharmas are without object, thus it is said that all dharmas through the gate of no object, it creates the Buddha Dharma. Whatever Prajñāpāramitā is thus manifestly attained, does not attain any dharma, and so on, up to omniscience is also not attained, thus through the gate of non-object of all dharmas, the creation of dharma is spoken. For example, the Prajñāpāramitā is the great pāramitā, it is neither large nor small from form to the Buddha's dharmas, neither powerful nor powerless. Whatever form and so on is large or small, those are not its co-arising cause, Bodhisattvas are not those with object-oriented thoughts. That
