O, Śrīpāla! Whoever extensively explains this to others and demonstrates its meaning, they should not be regarded as dual or non-dual, because it is non-conceptual. Similarly, up to the point of not being the ultimate reality, this itself increases merit greatly. If only I hold them, up to the point of proper attention, this is the fifth. From my holding the Perfection of Wisdom, and whatever is shown to establish its meaning, the accumulation of merit from that is immeasurable, countless, inconceivable, this is the sixth. Whoever, in each of the ten directions, makes offerings to immeasurable, countless, inconceivable Tathāgatas with victory banners, flags, and musical instruments, and all the ways of making them comfortable, whatever reverence is done, more than that, whoever extensively shows this to others in many ways, up to the point of showing it correctly, this itself increases merit much more than the former. Why? Because the Buddhas abiding in the three times attained enlightenment from training in this itself, this is the seventh. Whoever extensively speaks the six perfections to others with a focus on forms for countless eons, up to the point of truly showing them, more merit than that comes from completely abandoning fabrication in a way that is without focus, up to the end of life. In that case, I will give, this is to be given, it should be given to others, such a view is a focus that is without focus. For the perfections, the complete purification of the three spheres is without focus, impermanence, suffering, emptiness, and selflessness, which is the complete abandonment of fabrication, this is the eighth. Whoever places beings as numerous as the sands of the Ganges River in each of the ten directions in the fruit of stream-entry, more merit than that comes from whoever extensively speaks about this to others with meaning and with letters, up to the point of truly showing it, and exhorts them, saying, "Hold this, practice diligently!" This increases merit much more than that, because stream-enterers arise from this.
