The armor for going to the other shore is called "Great Wisdom," because it has the thought of counteracting impure discipline based on self and others, so it has a broad mind. The four armors such as patience to the other shore are called "Great Power," because they have the thought of not being overwhelmed by others' harm, creating difficulties, distraction, and not being happy with these. The characteristic of entering the practice of union is that the Mahayana and so on appear. Mahayana refers to the path and fruit of the Bodhisattva, which is the characteristic of generating the mind and so on as mentioned before. Entering this path means the word of union with this. Such union is to perfect the accumulation of merit, therefore it is said that the accumulation of tranquility, distributing great armor, means having the thought of not being disturbed by all distractions, so distributing great armor. In order to show its power, it is said "of the demon" and so on, because it has a one-pointed mind, so it can overwhelm all demons. Therefore, Bodhisattva is given the name "Great Warrior," so it is said "Great Warrior" and so on. So how is it upside down and wrong? It is said "illusionist" and so on. "Illusionist" and so on is to show that there is no universal confusion about the illusion. Saying "four crossroads" is to show that it is the cause of universal confusion for many sentient beings. The so-called "how are those to be killed" means how are those to be killed by illusion. "All travelers" means that the traveler knows like illusion. It is said that, like an illusionist who knows that what is created by illusion is a deceptive appearance, other beings will not be universally confused, so those who abide in the Bodhisattva's giving to the other shore know that all travelers such as giving are like illusion.

This is the collection of superior insight, which is unique. If beings are merely illusions, then how does a Bodhisattva enter in order to liberate them from bondage? Therefore, "form" and so on are mentioned. Why? Because "non-existence" is mentioned, meaning that, considering that bondage and liberation are unreasonable for something that does not exist in the way it was said. Then, how can one attain Bodhi? Therefore, "thus" and so on are mentioned, meaning that, like what was just said, through the characteristic of discernment, through wisdom. "Without a timid mind" means that through the power of great compassion, one is not attached to the Bodhi of the Hearers and so on, this is the collection of union. In order to show the greatness of this itself, "armor" and so on are mentioned, the reason for bestowing the title "Mahasattva" has already been explained. So, what is meant by saying "entering the Mahayana"? What is the reason for bestowing the title "Mahayana"? Therefore, "why" and so on are mentioned. Therefore, what is the cause explained here? It refers to the nature of virtue, like what was just said. "Riding" means that one abides in it by accumulating the collection of merit oneself. These are also for establishing one's own collection as it is, therefore, this is the cause of perfecting oneself and others, so this is the Mahayana, because other vehicles do not have this kind of approach. This is the collection of omniscience. If someone thinks, how can it have so much power? Therefore, "like space" is mentioned, meaning that since it is the nature of inner emptiness and so on, it is the nature of non-perversion. This is the collection of wisdom. "Immeasurable mansion" means that it is the characteristic of the collection of samadhis such as going bravely, so like a joyful immeasurable mansion, it is an immeasurable mansion, it is the collection of merit. Like this, joy is without outflows, because it is the nature of the collection of paths.

It is the nature of being completely pure with great joy, etc., because its own nature is the nature of the collection of lands as it is. Bliss is the nature of abandoning all harms of conceptualization, because it is the collection of antidotes. That which is called 'manifestly attaining' means to cause manifest attainment. Therefore, this is the Great Vehicle, so it is said to be the supreme of vehicles. The accomplishment of the collections has been explained. Accumulating collections will definitely lead to emergence, so from here on, the accomplishment of emergence will be explained. Among them, a vehicle is known as the distinction of the act of going by its nature of going to other directions, etc. Among them, if this goes in which direction, is it a vehicle? Therefore, it is said, 'whoever rides,' etc. The mentioned direction is only a slight indication, because all phenomena are without an object to be fixated on as the nature of objects, etc. Such is the accomplishment of definitely emerging into equality. 'Riding' means that whichever sentient being's realm one rides and goes, that is the vehicle, or if one wants to say that the agent itself is a Bodhisattva, then that is also without an object, which is the remaining meaning. Such is the accomplishment of definitely emerging for the sake of sentient beings. If so, how should the term 'going to Nirvana' be established? Therefore, Nirvana, etc., is said. It is said that for the time being, the actions of going, etc., that are completely imputed by others are not reasonable, because they rely on substances, and there are no substances such as those with parts. This has been explained. It is said that it is also because one does not fixate on anything other than that. If so, it is only the occurrence in another place that is the action, but it is not so, because if there are no aggregates such as form, then that occurrence is also not reasonable. Nirvana is only the nature of being without completely afflicted emotions, but completely afflicted emotions themselves are not going, because at that time there is none of that. It is also not completely purified, because it is also only the nature of being free from delusion. If it is said that generating the mind is not inverted,
