The Difficult Explanation of All-Knowingness. The Difficult Explanation of All-Knowingness. That Perfection of Wisdom is well explained by eight things. All-knowingness itself, the knowledge of the path itself, then the knowledge of all things. All perfect enlightenment, the peak, the return, and the gradual. Enlightenment is perfectly realized in a single instant. The Dharma body and its eight aspects. So it is said. The ultimate need for cultivating wisdom is that it is the nature of completely cutting off all aspects of cause and effect, such as generating the mind, so it is all-knowingness. That is also: Generating the mind and instructions, the four branches of definitive distinction, becoming the basis for practice, the nature of the realm of reality, objects and purposes, the activity of entering the armor, and the accumulation of definite arising, etc., are all-knowingness of the Able One. So it is said. For what reason, O Blessed One, is all-knowingness the property of the Tathagata, the Arhat, the perfectly complete Buddha? Subhuti, with what aspects, what signs, and what characteristics did the Tathagata comprehend those aspects, those signs, and those characteristics by which the Dharma was well taught? Therefore, all-knowingness is the merit of the Tathagata, so it is said? So it is said. Among them, in order to show that the person who listens is superior to the Shravakas and others, in order to show the generation of the mind, it is said, "Entering into the benefit of others." The meaning of benefiting others is to attain the three enlightenments as appropriate. Therefore, it is manifest entry, and if they are those who have entered into virtuous dharmas such as giving, then they should listen to the Perfection of Wisdom. Otherwise, if one does not realize all aspects of the Dharma, then it is not appropriate to do things for the benefit of others, so it is thought. Shariputra! Here, if a Bodhisattva wishes to perfectly realize enlightenment in all aspects of all dharmas, then he should diligently practice the Perfection of Wisdom, and so on, which is extensively explained. The Blessed One also desires this fruit for those who strive for their own benefit.

Is it not becoming the cause of arising? Like this, if someone wants to study in the Hearer's ground, they should also listen to this Prajñāpāramitā, etc. If it is said like this, then how is it called manifestly entering for the benefit of beings? Therefore, it is said that it is called Prajñāpāramitā. It is said that the fruit shown by Prajñāpāramitā is mainly the complete manifestation of perfect enlightenment, and this is only for Bodhisattvas, because for others, there is no opportunity for the complete manifestation of perfect enlightenment. This is what is said. How is this Prajñāpāramitā only for Bodhisattvas? What is particularly superior? It is said, "Where do the heroes act?" "Where" refers to Prajñāpāramitā. "Acting" refers to entering with the difference of habituation of the ground and pāramitā. "Heroes" refers to Bodhisattvas, because they will not be overwhelmed by demons, etc. It is said that where the sons of the Sugata enter, that is their uncommon path. That is also the nature of Prajñāpāramitā, because the other pāramitās all gather within it, so it will be explained as such. Another explanation is that the Prajñāpāramitā that Bodhisattvas practice should be understood as their uncommonness. That is also the object of practice of the aspect of selflessness of all sentient beings. It is not merely the object of practice of the aspect of impermanence, etc., because that is the nature of being adorned like Prajñāpāramitā, that is what is thought. Wanting to study in the Hearer's ground, etc., is said to proclaim that the Bodhisattva path itself is the cause of severing all enlightenment, so it is the nature of greatness. Some say that in the stage of enlightenment of Hearers, etc., it should be considered that Prajñāpāramitā is separated from skillful means such as great compassion, Hearer

The cause of earth and so on is that believing in the selflessness of all phenomena is solely separate from the perfection of means. One should also train in this very Prajnaparamita. What is said to be without distinction is because here it relies solely on believing in the selflessness of all phenomena. The attention to reality by Bodhisattvas is different from the attention of Sravakas because it is grasped by excellent means, so it is said. If the path of Bodhisattvas is not common with Sravakas and so on, then how did venerable Subhuti and others enter into the precepts for Bodhisattvas? Not seeing the reality of the precepts, they mostly cannot tolerate creating faultless precepts. If it were not so, then the fully enlightened Buddhas and Sravakas would have no difference in doing things for the benefit of others. In order to dispel this, it is said, "In this Jambudvipa, how many rivers are there?" and so on. How many means how many there are. The rivers are the four: Ganga, Pakshu, Sindhu, and Sita, because they all originate from Mapam Yumtso. Flowing means continuously flowing. What do they do? It is said "flowers" and so on. The medicines and forests that are abundant in flowers and fruits, whatever grows them, growing means causing them to grow and accomplish. What do they rely on? It is said the Naga King and so on. It means that because of the Naga King, the lord of the Nagas, Mapam Yumtso, the rivers flow relying on it, therefore, that is the power of the Naga King, it is the perfection of power. Similarly, "The Sravakas of the Victorious Ones, such as teaching the Dharma, etc." The Sravakas of the Victorious Ones refers to Subhuti and others. Dharma is the characteristic of showing the similar cause of one's own realization. Teaching the Dharma is through the way of showing. Explaining is through the way of telling. Stating is through the way of determining it. What is said about reasoning and so on is
