Etc., refers to what is said. Being skilled in means in every way refers to the first, etc. The complete purity of discipline refers to generosity, etc., which are grasped by selflessness. Becoming a Buddha lineage means destroying the lineage of hearers, etc. The reason for attaining the fruit of Buddhahood itself is generating the mind of enlightenment, etc. The perfections refer to generosity, etc. The opposite of that is miserliness, etc., that is, not generating that mind. Conceptualizing as having form, etc., refers to eye consciousness, etc. Not generating that is because one sees that what is to be known is the manifestation of one's own mind. The perfections refer to generosity, etc. The collection of that is that each of generosity, etc., includes all of generosity, etc. The knowledge of that is realization. All perfections are higher realms and definite goodness. Hearing that is excellent attainment. Perfect and complete enlightenment is non-dual wisdom. Being close to that is being close by being free from views of grasping, etc. The words "Jambudvipa," etc., mean that it is propagated by increasing in that way. The increase of merit just mentioned, being under the power of the completion of the sixteen aspects, is realization through becoming manifest, and that very completion is non-conceptual wisdom, and its characteristics are because it is its nature. Certainty is omniscience itself. The ultimate completion of all three is what is said, such as sentient beings. The explanation of the verses is the words "now," etc. "By the power of truly skillful means" means by the power of faith, etc. "Thus" refers to the order of merit previously explained. Buddhahood at the stage of realizing non-conceptualization is constantly, at all times, compassion and love, etc., for the sake of others, that is, becoming the master of the nature of manifesting them, so by that power, the characteristic of not abandoning the meaning of sentient beings is in every way.

Continuously, it is the cause for the benefit of others. As it is said, even if there is no action, due to the power of merit, one does not deviate from the benefit of others. Therefore, those who possess the meditation on selflessness, even if they attain enlightenment, it is still a meritorious act with results. Thus, contemplate. Having determined in this way, it is said that the omniscient nature, perfected by accomplishing the three, is what should be proclaimed, and it becomes stable in that itself. The mind that abides in its nature is not abandoning the previously mentioned non-conceptual mind. The abiding mind is said to be the four continents, etc. The four continents are the four continents and the moon, etc. The small thousand worlds and the middle thousand worlds that are associated with them, and the great thousand worlds are what was previously mentioned. Taking these as examples, the merit and wisdom of samadhi are the remainder. Because of the abundance of that merit, whatever samadhi is, it is the abiding mind, and this is widely proclaimed. The explanation of the verses is said to be from reason, etc. If one holds onto existence, it means that if there is a limit, things can be measured by weight, in a way that they can be measured, but they cannot be measured by the measure of those who see the other shore. However, since it is measured and thoroughly examined by taking omniscience as the measure, it is the meaning of establishing the abiding mind, and this should also be understood here. That is, it is said to be the four continents, etc., meaning the three thousand worlds associated with the four continents, etc., which are the world realms of the small thousand worlds, the middle thousand worlds, and the great thousand worlds. That is, all the perfections, etc., are generosity, etc. The word "etc." includes the assemblies of compassion, etc. The infinite samadhi of its nature, the merit and wisdom of those, each individually serving as metaphors, that is, making similar divisions, from the many merits that surpass and exceed those, with the cause of countless merits, that is, samadhi, is the wisdom of omniscience.

In order to realize (emptiness), the immeasurable merit and wisdom arising from the samadhi generated from the power of compassion and so forth, from which truly arises the wisdom that is free from all conceptualizations, possessing a stable cause, and is the very one-pointedness of mind. The so-called "its nature," its own nature is said to be "mind pervades all." The stream of non-conceptual mind just mentioned exists as long as samsara exists. In other places, it is said that by the power of taming, it is non-harming, it is the true meaning, it is falling into its side. Furthermore, the mind generated by the power of aspiration will not be shaken by afflictions and so forth, it is thought in this way. Regarding this, the author of the Pramāṇavārttika says: "Non-harming and true meaning, the self-nature with inversion, even if one tries hard, cannot be shaken, because the mind clings to its side." This is what is said. Sign and increase, determination and mind pervading all, here it is said to be in accordance with the part that can definitely distinguish the nature of heat and so forth. This is what is said about signs and so forth. The meaning of the verses "Entering and" etc. is explained by "Entering and" etc., that is, in order, the entering of the self-nature that does not objectify is the Dharma of the Bodhisattva, that is, self-nature etc. The turning back of the self-nature that objectifies is the Dharma of the Śrāvakas etc., because it falls into existence and peace. This is grasped from the perspective of taking and abandoning, that is, the objects to be objectified. Thus, it is said that only the conceptualization of what is to be taken is what is taken. This is said because it is an entering that is unrelated to things. Because it is the object of the general characteristic, it is unreasonable for the Sautrāntikas and others to say that "thinking of eating meat" etc. is related to external objects. Precisely because of this, it is because it appears inverted. Because it clings to its own form of the nature of the general characteristic etc. in an external manner, it is known to be false, so it is not the self-nature of the real object, it is the self of the false object.
