Neither meditative stabilizations, nor immeasurables, nor formless absorptions, nor liberations, nor the successive abidings of meditative stabilization, nor the doors to liberation—emptiness, signlessness, and wishlessness—nor extrasensory perception, nor samādhi, nor the doors to dhāraṇī can be manifestly accomplished. The ten powers of the Tathāgata, the four fearlessnesses, the four kinds of perfect knowledge, and the eighteen unshared qualities of a buddha cannot be manifestly accomplished. Omniscience, great love, and great compassion cannot be manifestly accomplished. If he should think, "The Tathāgata has not completely grasped all phenomena; rather, having manifestly and perfectly awakened himself, he has spoken, shown, and fully revealed them," then that bodhisattva-mahāsattva has fallen away from the Perfection of Wisdom. Why is that? It is because the Tathāgata has not manifestly and perfectly awakened to any phenomenon. Subhūti, it is just like this: if the Tathāgata does not impute any phenomenon, how could there be any situation in which some phenomenon is manifestly and perfectly awakened? That is impossible. To say, "That is impossible" is to conceptually fabricate an imputation about things. Then the Venerable Subhūti said this to the Blessed One: "Blessed One, how can a bodhisattva-mahāsattva avoid these faults when practicing the Perfection of Wisdom?" The Blessed One replied: "Subhūti, when a bodhisattva-mahāsattva practices the Perfection of Wisdom, he thinks, 'All phenomena are nonexistent; they are not completely grasped.' Thus, he correctly knows that all phenomena are nonexistent and not completely grasped, and that it is impossible to manifestly and perfectly awaken to them. If he practices in that way, he is practicing the Perfection of Wisdom. If he manifestly clings to all phenomena that are not completely grasped in that way, then the bodhisattva-mahāsattva is separated from the Perfection of Wisdom. Why is that? The Perfection of Wisdom is expressed by manifest clinging.

Saying "it is not" is a conceptualization of attachment. Question: Blessed One, what is it? Is the Perfection of Wisdom inseparable from the Perfection of Wisdom? Are the Perfection of Concentration, the Perfection of Diligence, the Perfection of Patience, the Perfection of Discipline, and the Perfection of Generosity inseparable from the Perfection of Generosity? Is inner emptiness inseparable from inner emptiness? From the emptiness of the nature of non-things to emptiness, is the emptiness of the nature of non-things inseparable from emptiness? Are the mindfulnesses inseparable from the mindfulnesses? Are the right abandonments, the feet of miracles, the faculties, the powers, the limbs of enlightenment, and the eightfold noble path inseparable from the eightfold noble path? Are the noble truths, concentration, the immeasurables, the formless absorptions, the eight liberations, the nine successive abidings, the emptiness liberation gate, the signless, the wishless, the clairvoyance, the samadhi, and the dharani gates inseparable from the dharani gates? Are the ten powers of the Tathagata, the four fearlessnesses, the four analytical knowledges, great love, great compassion, great compassion, and the eighteen unshared qualities of the Buddha inseparable from the eighteen unshared qualities of the Buddha? Up to all-knowingness, is it inseparable from all-knowingness? If the Perfection of Wisdom is also inseparable from the Perfection of Wisdom, the Perfection of Concentration, the Perfection of Diligence, the Perfection of Patience, the Perfection of Discipline, and the Perfection of Generosity are also inseparable from the Perfection of Generosity, and up to all-knowingness is also inseparable from all-knowingness, then this is a conceptualization about the antidote. Then, is the Perfection of Wisdom also
