Shariputra, endowed with life, thus, because of the emptiness of form, the prior limit of form is not perceived. The later limit and the middle are not perceived. Because of the emptiness of feeling, perception, formations, and consciousness, the prior limit of consciousness is not perceived. The later limit and the middle are not perceived. In emptiness, there is no limit or middle. Shariputra, endowed with life, therefore, form is completely limitless. Because feeling, perception, formations, and consciousness are completely limitless, a Bodhisattva should be known as completely limitless. Shariputra, endowed with life, the sense bases, the realms, dependent origination, the perfections, all emptiness, the factors of enlightenment, the noble truths, meditative stabilizations, the immeasurables, the formless absorptions, the ten powers, the fearlessnesses, the individual perfect knowledges, and the unshared qualities of a Buddha are equal to space. Why is that? Shariputra, endowed with life, for example, in space, the prior limit is not perceived. The later limit and the middle are not perceived. Because it is limitless and completely limitless, it is called space. Shariputra, endowed with life, similarly, because of the emptiness of the unshared qualities of a Buddha, the prior limit of the unshared qualities of a Buddha is not perceived. The later limit and the middle are not perceived. In emptiness, there is no limit or middle. Shariputra, endowed with life, therefore, because the unshared qualities of a Buddha are completely limitless, a Bodhisattva should be known as completely limitless. Shariputra, endowed with life, if someone says, "Why is form called a Bodhisattva? Such a form does not exist and is not perceived." Feeling, perception, formations, and consciousness are called a Bodhisattva. Such consciousness does not exist and is not perceived. Shariputra, endowed with life, form is empty of form. Feeling, perception, formations, and consciousness are empty of consciousness. Why is that? In emptiness, form

There is not. In emptiness, there is no Bodhisattva. In emptiness, there are no feelings, thoughts, formations, and consciousness. In emptiness, there is no Bodhisattva. Venerable Shariputra, therefore, the so-called form Bodhisattva does not exist and is not found. Feelings, thoughts, formations, and consciousness, the so-called Bodhisattva, do not exist and are not found. Venerable Shariputra, furthermore, the perfection of generosity is empty, empty by the perfection of generosity. Why is that? Because in emptiness, there is no perfection of generosity, no Bodhisattva. The perfection of discipline, the perfection of patience, the perfection of diligence, the perfection of meditation, the perfection of wisdom are empty, empty by the perfection of wisdom. Why is that? Because in emptiness, there is no perfection of wisdom, no Bodhisattva. Venerable Shariputra, furthermore, inner emptiness is empty, empty by inner emptiness. Why is that? Because in emptiness, there is no inner emptiness, no Bodhisattva. Outer emptiness, inner-outer emptiness, up to the emptiness of the nature of non-things, the emptiness of the nature of non-things is empty by the emptiness of the nature of non-things. Why is that? Because in emptiness, there is no emptiness of the nature of non-things, no Bodhisattva. Venerable Shariputra, furthermore, the four mindfulnesses are empty by the four mindfulnesses. The four right abandonments, the feet of miracles, the faculties, the powers, the limbs of enlightenment, the noble eightfold path are empty by the noble eightfold path. Why is that? Because in emptiness, there are no four mindfulnesses, no four right abandonments, feet of miracles, faculties, powers, limbs of enlightenment, noble eightfold path, no Bodhisattva. Meditations, immeasurables, formless attainments

Those entering (the profound Dharma), the ten powers of the Tathagata, the fearlessnesses, the various separate knowledges, and the Buddha's unshared dharmas are empty of the Buddha's unshared dharmas. Why is that? Because in emptiness, there is no (difference) between the noble truths and the Buddha's unshared dharmas. Bodhisattvas do not exist either. The Dharma realm is empty of the Dharma realm. Suchness is empty of suchness. The ultimate limit is empty of the ultimate limit. The inconceivable realm is empty of the inconceivable realm. Omniscience is empty of omniscience. Knowledge of the aspects of the path is empty of knowledge of the aspects of the path. All-knowingness is empty of all-knowingness. Why is that? Because in emptiness, there is no (difference) between the Dharma realm and all-knowingness. Bodhisattvas do not exist either. The Hearer Vehicle is empty of the Hearer Vehicle. The Solitary Buddha Vehicle is empty of the Solitary Buddha Vehicle. The Buddha Vehicle is empty of the Buddha Vehicle. Hearers are empty of Hearers. Solitary Buddhas are empty of Solitary Buddhas. The Tathagata is empty of the Tathagata. Why is that? Because in emptiness, there is no Hearer Vehicle, nor even the Solitary Buddha Vehicle. There are no Hearers, nor even the Tathagata. Bodhisattvas do not exist either. Venerable Shariputra, therefore, the so-called form being a Bodhisattva is also non-existent and invisible. Feeling, perception, formations, and consciousness, the so-called Bodhisattva, are also non-existent and invisible. Venerable Shariputra, if someone were to say: I do not see all Bodhisattvas in all places, at all times, and in all aspects, then why say that Bodhisattvas should be taught and instructed in which Prajnaparamita? Venerable Shariputra, form is non-existent and invisible in form. Form is non-existent and invisible in feeling. Feeling
