should not be afraid. How then does a Bodhisattva Mahasattva not contradict emptiness? It is because all dharmas are empty, therefore they do not contradict emptiness. Thus, a Bodhisattva Mahasattva does not contradict emptiness. How then does a Bodhisattva Mahasattva perfect emptiness? To perfect by holding onto the emptiness of self-nature is the perfection of emptiness of a Bodhisattva Mahasattva. This is how a Bodhisattva Mahasattva should perfect emptiness. How then does a Bodhisattva Mahasattva manifest the signless? It is like this: because one does not attend to all signs, this is how a Bodhisattva Mahasattva manifests the signless. How then does one know the wishlessness of a Bodhisattva Mahasattva? It is when the mind does not abide in all three realms; this is knowing the wishlessness of a Bodhisattva Mahasattva. How then are the three circles of a Bodhisattva Mahasattva completely pure? It is the complete perfection of the path of the ten virtuous actions; this is the complete purification of the three circles of a Bodhisattva Mahasattva.
