Is he training in the Perfection of Meditation, the Perfection of Diligence, the Perfection of Patience, the Perfection of Morality, the Perfection of Generosity? Is he training in the aspects of enlightenment, and in between the unmixed qualities of the Buddhas?" The Blessed One said, "Shariputra, a Bodhisattva-Mahasattva who trains in this way is training in the Perfection of Wisdom in a way that does not fixate. He is training in the Perfection of Meditation, the Perfection of Diligence, the Perfection of Patience, the Perfection of Morality, the Perfection of Generosity in a way that does not fixate. He is training in the aspects of enlightenment, and in between meditation, the immeasurables, the formless absorptions, the ten powers, the four fearlessnesses, the four specific knowledges, and the eighteen unmixed qualities of the Buddhas in a way that does not fixate." Then the venerable Shariputra said to the Blessed One, "Venerable One, is it the case that a Bodhisattva-Mahasattva who trains in the Perfection of Wisdom in this way is training in a way that does not fixate?" The Blessed One said, "Shariputra, a Bodhisattva-Mahasattva who trains in the Perfection of Wisdom in this way is training in a way that does not fixate." Shariputra asked, "Venerable One, for what reason is there no fixation?" The Blessed One said, "Shariputra, because of utter purity, there is no fixation on self. Because of utter purity, there is no fixation on sentient beings, life, nourishment, individuals, persons, those born of power, those born of mind, agents, experiencers, knowers, seers. Because of utter purity, there is no fixation on suffering. Because of utter purity, there is no fixation on origin, cessation, or path. Because of utter
