May those who have fallen be completely liberated from all states of woe and attain a human body. May those who are immoral be established in the heap of morality. May those who are not equipoised be established in the heap of concentration. May those who are deficient in wisdom be established in the heap of wisdom. May those who are not liberated be established in the heap of liberation. May those who have not seen the wisdom of liberation be established in the heap of seeing the wisdom of liberation. May those who have not seen the truth be established in the fruit of stream-entry. And in the fruit of once-returner, and in the fruit of non-returner, and in the state of an arhat. May they be established in self-awakening. May they be established in unsurpassed, perfect, and complete awakening. A bodhisattva-mahāsattva should train in the perfection of wisdom in this way. In all the buddhafields in the world-systems of the upper direction, as many as the sands of the Ganges, may those beings who have become blind through the power of darkness see forms with their eyes. Likewise, may the deaf hear sounds with their ears. May the insane regain their memory. May the naked obtain clothing. May hungry beings have their bodies fully nourished. May thirsty beings be freed from thirst. May beings born in states of woe be completely liberated from all states of woe and attain a human body. May those who are immoral be established in the heap of morality. May those who are not equipoised be established in the heap of concentration. May those who are deficient in wisdom be established in the heap of wisdom. May those who are not liberated be established in the heap of liberation. The fruit of Stream-enterer, the fruit of Once-returner, and the thought of being an Arhat, the thought of self-enlightenment, the thought of unsurpassed perfect complete enlightenment, the Bodhisattva Mahasattva should train in the Perfection of Wisdom, which is called the one and only path, like a flowing river. How can I intimidate with the majestic demeanor of a great lion? How can I subdue with meaningful suppression? How can I walk on the great earth without my feet touching the ground by four fingers' breadth? How can I place the soles of my two feet on a lotus with a thousand petals and walk without harming the creatures beneath my feet? How can I walk on the great earth, drawing with the two soles of my feet, which are marked with wheels of a thousand spokes? How can I walk on the great earth, circumambulating an area the size of a wheel, and walk where I walk? How can I travel through all the great earth and not be stained by the dust of the earth? How can I travel one Yojana, or two, or three, or four, or five, or ten, or twenty, or thirty, or forty, or fifty, or a hundred Yojanas, or a thousand Yojanas, or a hundred thousand Yojanas, up to immeasurable Yojanas, countless Yojanas, inconceivable Yojanas, unequaled Yojanas, boundless Yojanas, all-boundless Yojanas?

If one thinks that even if one travels in the Buddha-fields that are immeasurable or inexpressible, even beyond the inexpressible, one will not feel tired in body and mind, one should also train in the Perfection of Wisdom. Shariputra, furthermore, how does a Bodhisattva-Mahasattva emit hundreds of thousands of millions of nayutas of rays of light from the two soles of my feet, which are endowed with wheels of a thousand spokes, and completely pacify all the sufferings of the unfavorable circumstances and the lower realms, so that all sentient beings may be happy? One should also train in the Perfection of Wisdom. Shariputra, furthermore, when a Bodhisattva-Mahasattva practices the Perfection of Wisdom, one should examine it in this way: How can I be surrounded and attended by the gods of the retinue of the Four Great Kings, as well as the Thirty-three, the Yama, the Tushita, the Enjoying Emanation, the Controlling Others' Emanation, the Brahma retinue, the Brahma's ministers, the Brahma's attendants, the Great Brahma, the Minor Light, the Immeasurable Light, the Clear Light, the Minor Virtue, the Immeasurable Virtue, the Extensive Virtue, the Cloudless, the Merit-born, the Great Fruit, the Non-Perception Sentient Beings, the Non-Affliction, the Non-Torment, the Well-Seeing, the Excellent Seeing, and the Akanishtha, and go to the Bodhi tree where the essence of enlightenment is? Therefore, one should train in the Perfection of Wisdom. Shariputra, furthermore, when a Bodhisattva-Mahasattva practices the Perfection of Wisdom, one should examine it in this way: How can I, when I am sitting at the Bodhi tree in the Bodhi-site, be with the gods of the retinue of the Four Great Kings, as well as the Thirty-three, the Yama, the Tushita, the Enjoying Emanation, the Controlling Others' Emanation, the Brahma retinue, the Brahma's ministers, the Brahma's attendants, the Great Brahma, the Minor Light, the Immeasurable Light, the Clear Light, the Minor Virtue, the Immeasurable Virtue, the Extensive Virtue, the Cloudless, the Merit
