Because of solitude, it is taught that the Prajñāpāramitā is profound. Furthermore, how does one abandon all attachments? "By knowing the single nature of all dharmas, one abandons attachment." This is taught, that whoever knows the single nature of all dharmas attains the equality of the knower and the known, and therefore completely abandons the limits of attachment, this is taught. Furthermore, why is this Prajñāpāramitā profound? Because: "By blocking seeing and so on, it is said to be difficult to realize." This is stated, that because seeing, hearing, feeling, and knowing are blocked, it is difficult to realize, therefore the equality of the knower and the known is particularly taught. Furthermore, why is this Prajñāpāramitā difficult to realize? Because: "Because of not knowing form and so on, it is considered inconceivable." This is stated, that because form and so on, up to the unmixed dharmas of the Buddha, are not known, therefore it is inconceivable, so the equality of the knower is particularly taught. Having done so, as it is said: "Thus knowing all, according to the system of reason, opposing factors and favorable ones, should be known by this different body." This is taught. This is a detailed explanation of opposing and favorable factors. Detailed Explanation of Practice Now, practice will be discussed, namely: "Form, its impermanence, etc., its un- fulfillment and complete fulfillment, by blocking practice, the conduct is without attachment, without change, without a doer, there are three kinds of blocked practice, obtaining results according to one's share, its fruit is as desired, not dependent on others, the appearance of seven aspects of knowledge." This is taught. That practice becomes ten aspects. Among them, the practice of form is: if one does not practice form, then one practices Prajñāpāramitā. From here, up to omniscience, practice is blocked, thus practice is taught as permitted. The practice of the aspect of the impermanence of form is: from the aggregates and so on, up to omniscience, permanence and im-

The practice on the aspects of suffering and happiness, pain, self and non-self, peace and non-peace is prohibited, and such practice is also permitted. Why is that? Because from form to omniscience, it is shown to be non-existent in that way. What is the combination of completeness and incompleteness of form, etc.? Furthermore, the practice on the aspects of complete and incomplete form, etc., is prohibited, and such practice is also permitted. Why is that? Because it is shown that the nature of those is prohibited from being complete and incomplete. What is the combination of non-attachment to form, etc.? The practice itself without attachment to those themselves is prohibited, and such practice is also permitted, it is shown. What is the combination that does not change into other things? It is the nature of the dharma that does not change, and it is shown by the example of space. The sutra is, Subhuti, for example, space does not increase even if it is praised, and it does not decrease even if it is not praised. Subhuti, likewise, the Prajnaparamita does not increase even if it is taught, and it does not decrease even if it is not taught. It is said. What is the combination without a doer? It is that combination, the appearance of the doer itself dwells nearby, with the praise or non-praise of the illusory person, there is no attachment or anger, likewise there is no increase or decrease. Difficult practice is of three kinds, for that very reason. The Bodhisattva's difficult practice itself is of three kinds, among which, the difficult practice of what is to be done specifically is omniscience itself. The difficult practice of combination itself is the knowledge of the form of the path. The difficult practice of all actions is the knowledge of all, in order as it is, wanting to combine, wanting to strive, wanting to do, are called three words. Clarifying the three words of difficult practice. Among them, with omniscience, which one wants to combine for the sake of all sentient beings? Wanting to completely liberate space, with the knowledge of the path itself, wanting to strive for that. Wanting to throw in the middle of space
