Because it prevents the birth of the unborn, I have no courage to speak of the birth of the unborn. Why is that? Because unbornness, courage, and speech, all of which are without characteristics, are not endowed with the direct realization of birth. Why is that? Because all phenomena are of the nature of unbornness. This is a phrase about expressing courage. Speech, because it is the object of speech, is speech, that is, meaning. Attainment and direct realization exist in worldly terms, and similarly, the distinctions of the five paths are the same. Why is that? Because in the ultimate sense, karma and its maturation, as well as birth and cessation, and the nature of all afflictions and purification, are devoid of characteristics. Will an unborn dharma be born? Or will a born dharma be born? Asking this question is to prevent the view that both are considered to be born, meaning that what is called "existent" is "that." What is it that does not consider an unborn dharma to be born? Starting from form and extending to all dharmas, the unborn does not arise, and by saying "unborn dharma," there is no obstacle to answering all questions. Therefore, the Venerable Subhuti is the most excellent among those who teach the Dharma, because he does not abide in all dharmas, he is excellent, and because he is suitable for teaching the Prajnaparamita, it should be known that he is empowered. From the aggregates of form, etc., to all dharmas, because he holds onto the emptiness of inherent existence and does not abide in internal and external phenomena, it should be known that he is empowered to abide in teaching non-objectification. This sutra states that the Venerable Shariputra, form is empty of the nature of form, therefore it does not abide internally or externally, and so on. By the power of the definite arising of the path, the Venerable Shariputra, there is also mundane and supramundane generosity. When teaching the path to attain omniscience, because of clinging to the object of generosity, the giver, and the receiver, one does not deviate from the world, and is not superior.

Because it does not transcend, it is called the worldly perfection of giving. Dedicating the giving that is completely pure in the three spheres to perfect enlightenment, in this way, it moves, is sublime, and transcends the world, therefore it is called the transcendental perfection of giving. The perfection of wisdom should also be spoken of in the same way. Among them, because the certainty of the transcendental path is attained, it moves from the world. Because it closely demonstrates its means, it is sublime. Because it completely abandons its obstructing dharmas, it is transcendent. Or, moving is at the time of generating the mind of enlightenment. Sublime is at the time of the decisive part. Transcending is at the time of knowing the dharma of suffering, which is another way of saying it. Regarding this, it should be known that the reverse is not moving, not sublime, and not transcending. Whoever makes the world manifest, or whoever is equal to the world, or whoever gives for the sake of the world, or whoever makes the world not arise, or whoever has attachment to the world, or causes the world to arise, that is the worldly perfection. Whoever transcends the world, or whoever liberates the world, or whoever surpasses the world, or whoever does not exist in the world, or whoever definitely arises from the world, or whoever is for the sake of leading worldly beings, or whoever becomes the supreme of the world, that is called the transcendental perfection. The thirty-seven factors of enlightenment are the path of enlightenment itself, and because it is the cause of realization for all noble beings, including those who have passed away, and because the perfection of wisdom is the generator itself, and because it should be known as the definite arising of the transcendental path of the noble ones themselves, and because it is the very mindfulness that is inseparable from non-fear and so on due to the very shrinking of the mind. Therefore, it is spoken of by those very accurate words that are arranged in great detail. Why is that? Because there is no sentient being, no self-nature, emptiness, and solitude.

In order to realize perfect enlightenment, it should be understood that intention is the realization of perfect enlightenment. Similarly, from all phenomena such as form to all-knowingness, it should also be stated that it is inseparable from the intention of the Bodhisattva. Therefore, it should be known that these eight definitive aspects are the practice of definiteness. The practice of armor and so on is also a rational way, because it is after putting on armor that one enters, and what enters is the assembly of armies and so on. Accumulating the assembly of armies is because obtaining victory without failure is definitive. Therefore, it is taught thus: Generation of mind and instructions, four divisions of ascertainment, the basis of practice, the nature of the Dharma realm, objects and for the sake of them, the action of entering armor, assembly and definiteness, are the all-knowingness of the Victorious One. It should be observed that this is connected by the order of sequential arising. Thus, the order of the meaning of the words such as the generation of mind is also a rational way, because generating the mind of enlightenment is to strive to seek instructions. Abiding in the non-inverted instructions, then the division of ascertainment arises. After that is the basis of practice, what is the object of the Dharma of the basis, for what purpose is it done, and what are the four practices. Abhisamayalankara, the teaching of the Prajnaparamita, the explanation of the realization of all-knowingness. After teaching all-knowingness, the knowledge of the path should be taught. Among them, first, in order to please the gods, making them dim with light, the determination and pervasiveness of the object, the nature and its action, should be stated as such, this is the remainder of the words. Among them, making them dim with light means that all the light of the assembly of gods is dimmed by the light of the Tathagatagarbha nature, thereby eliminating the meaning of the pride of the meditation and so on of the protectors of the world and others.
