Because the needed items are also these five. Thus, how much is the amount of the items dedicated to these five desires? It is said, "The limit of the sky is endless," just as the sky has no end, all are dedicated to being filled with the five qualities of desire. Then, how long is the duration of this dedication? It is said, "Becoming a great treasure," just as having a great treasure has no end, like the former, all that reaches the ten directions of the sky without end is also dedicated to this treasure of generosity without end. This is the concluding statement. Then, to whom is such a dedication made? Two are shown on the path: In the palace of the revered Guru. This statement is related to the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, and so on. It means near the place of service. What is it like? May it increase and be filled with clouds of offerings. This statement means to pray that the many clouds of offerings formed from the five qualities of desire increase and fill everything from all directions. Also dedicate to the guests of merit and the guests of compassion, that is, all sentient beings, which means having the seed of Buddhahood, the root of my mind. To show this, may all the gods such as Brahma, the five realms of beings, and all the yakshas, ghosts, and so on, be happy with this generosity. May all such guests be free from harmful disturbances. On top of that, adding to the generosity: Also, may the desires praised by the Thus-Gone One be perfect. This statement means that after being blessed by the Thus-Gone One, may the five desires praised as the cause of offerings make the mind's desires perfect. Adding again: Also, may all sentient beings have their wishes fulfilled as desired. This statement means that for all the sentient beings mentioned earlier, may their thoughts of what they desire and need be fulfilled like obtaining a wish-fulfilling jewel. This is the concluding statement. Up to this point, the dedication has been made specifically from the guests, and now it is the compassionate guests, the afflicted sufferers.

Dedicate all of these to them, the order of which is obvious. May the harm of animals eating each other not occur. This is like saying, just as crocodiles swallow fish, eagles and sparrows do, may the suffering of beating and killing, and whipping and making them stupid, etc., not occur. May the pretas receive food and drink, etc., without hindrance. This is saying, for those who desire food, give food; for those who desire drink, give drink. Among others, those who are obscured by the obscurations of inner and outer suffering, and have not experienced anything superior until the end of samsara, those who are long and emaciated, may they receive food like that of gods and humans without hindrance. May all the sufferings of hell beings, those unbearable varieties of suffering, be quickly pacified by the blessings of generosity. This is saying that the types of suffering are too numerous to mention, including boiling and burning, cutting and chopping, and "Ah, it hurts!" "Ah, it's bitter!" and so on. May all these sufferings be quickly pacified by the power of generosity. May the gods, nagas, yakshas, gandharvas, and the many spirits who dwell on land, water, or in the sky, all who dwell there, fulfill their virtuous intentions. This is related to "wherever they dwell." Wherever they dwell, engaging in activities such as growing crops or becoming owners of the land, and demons and spirits who seek disputes in all circumstances, wherever they dwell, may their respective sufferings be pacified, and those who harbor non-virtuous thoughts in their hearts, may they fulfill their virtuous intentions. Having dedicated offerings and other material things in this way, now dedicate the vast Dharma giving. So, how to dedicate it? In the two teachings, the fifth section says, from the mouth of oneself as the deity yoga, take out hundreds of millions of tongues, and from each tongue emanate sixty-six hundred branches of sound, thus in hundreds of millions of Jambudvipa, manifest hundreds of millions of emanations, through the voice, to various beings.

Also in accordance with the language, for each and every being, also with various different vehicles, according to their respective inclinations and capacities, teaching the Dharma, is the yoga of liberating and maturing all sentient beings. Thus, yogis, from then on, what is different from the mundane? From then on, one should extensively practice Dharma giving, as it is said, Dharma giving is like this: All dharmas arise from causes, the Tathagata spoke of that cause, that cessation the great Shramana, spoke thus. Among them, all dharmas from, refers to all contaminated dharmas encompassed by the seven sufferings, they cannot arise on their own, because they arise dependent on causes and conditions, therefore it is said that all dharmas arise from causes. What are those causes and conditions? The answer is the twelve links of dependent origination, first ignorance, eighth craving, ninth grasping, are afflictions, are causes. Second action, tenth existence is karma, is condition. Third consciousness, fourth name and form, fifth six sense sources, sixth contact, between seventh feeling, eleventh birth, twelfth old age and death, these seven are suffering, are result. Thus, these seven fruits of suffering, arise from the three causes of afflictions and the two conditions of karma, therefore it is said: All dharmas arise from causes. Alternatively, all dharmas encompassed by defilement and purification, their cause arises from virtue and non-virtue, and virtue and non-virtue, are the self-appearing appearances of delusion, rooted in one's own mind, therefore it is said: All dharmas arise from causes. However, in conventional truth, relying on dependent origination, karma and result, and defilement, in ultimate truth, rooted in one's own mind, who said that this is the cause of all dharmas? The answer is, such a reliable measure, the Tathagata spoke, the Tathagata spoke of that cause. Among them, what is that cessation? Refers to the twelve branches of samsara.
