然后应当诵读皈依三宝的偈颂： 顶礼佛陀上师！ 顶礼救护之法！ 顶礼僧众大德！ 我亦顶礼此三者。 我皈依三宝。 一切罪业皆忏悔。 随喜众生之善。 以意受持佛陀菩提。 皈依佛法及僧众至尊， 直至证得菩提果。 为自他利益圆满故， 当发此菩提心。 我发殊胜菩提心。 迎请所有众生为客。 修持殊胜菩提行。 为利众生愿成佛。 一切罪业皆忏悔。 亦随喜诸功德。 圣者之八支斋戒， 当以斋戒而修持。 此后将得见遍入天的处所。 入彼处时，将得见画像、经书、仪轨等诸位尊者。 当作礼拜、绕行，并作为所依而行进。 遍入天的九层处所，当从左绕行。一日之内，将得见一切形貌皆如水晶般的殿堂，然不应入内，当右绕该殿堂。 将得见水晶形状的水池，然不应入内。 越过彼处后，将得见芒果园林，当随意享用。 食用后亦当吐出。 再次将得见大自在天的十六层处所，此大处所为诸多珍宝所严饰。 于彼处，当随意享用妙食树之果实，并稍作休息。 当于两日之间行进。 行进后，于第三日，将见一水池，极其长且极其深，四面皆有各式各样的树木。 阿哇啦等果实遍满，布谷鸟等各式鸟类遍满， 鸬鹚等水鸟遍满水面。 不应进入或行经该水池。 当从左侧绕行。 直至第三日

Then, the verses of taking refuge in the Three Jewels should be recited: I prostrate to the Buddha, the Lama! I prostrate to the Dharma that protects! I prostrate to the great Sangha! I also prostrate to these three. I take refuge in the Three Jewels. I confess all sins separately. I rejoice in the virtues of beings. I hold the Buddha's enlightenment in mind. I take refuge in the Buddha, Dharma, and the supreme Sangha, until I attain enlightenment. In order to accomplish the benefit of myself and others, I shall do all these with the Bodhicitta. I generate the supreme Bodhicitta. I invite all sentient beings as guests. I will practice the supreme and desirable Bodhisattva conduct. May I attain Buddhahood for the benefit of beings. I confess all sins. I also rejoice in the merits. The eight-limbed purification practice of the noble ones, I will practice by abiding in fasting. After that, the place of Khyabjuk (Vishnu) will be seen. When entering there, the venerable ones such as painted images, scriptures, and ritual manuals will be seen. One should prostrate and circumambulate them, and then proceed by making them one's support. The nine-storied place of Khyabjuk, one should circumambulate from the left. In one day, temples of all forms like crystal will be seen, but one should not enter there, but circumambulate the temple from the right. A pond in the form of crystal will be seen, but one should not enter there. After passing that, a mango grove will be seen, and one should eat as one pleases. After eating, one should also spit it out. Again, the great sixteen-storied place of the Great Ishvara will be seen, this great place is adorned with many precious jewels. There, one should eat the fruits from the excellent food tree as one pleases and take a rest. One should travel for two days. After proceeding, on the third day, a pond will be seen, which is very long and very deep, and on all four sides there are various kinds of trees. Filled with fruits such as Abala, filled with various kinds of birds such as cuckoos, filled with water and birds such as cormorants. One should not enter or go to that pond. You will see five temples accompanied by the jewel-like light of various Umaṇa stones. There are countless eighty million Victorious Liṅgas there. In the center of that, the Victorious Liṅga made of awareness resides. Having entered there, if you consider the accomplishment to be small, merely touching that Liṅga will transform it into the accomplishment of wise conduct. Then, the male practitioners should enter the divine palace and touch each Liṅga. The mantra for that is: Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུཾ།，梵文天城體：हुं，梵文羅馬擬音：hūṃ，漢語字面意思：吽). If you still do not consider the accomplishment to be small, then go again. Walking around the divine palace from the left, after two days, you will see a honey tree, and you should eat that fruit as you please. You should stay for four days, and after staying, also take the fruits, and walking around to the left, you will see a thorn forest. Then, walking around from the left, you will see a pond decorated with various flowers and so on. Then, the awareness-holding women will speak by the command of the glorious Lord of the World, the Victorious One: Hey, male practitioners, return again to Jambudvīpa, go to your own homes. Seeing me, you will be transformed just like me. Just like circumambulating a heap of merit and fruit on the earth itself. The practitioners should also recite the mantra without hesitation. By looking at the face of the Victorious Mother without hesitation, Hayagrīva will be placed. Hey, Hayagrīva, go over there and bring those who have come by the power of the extreme devotion of the people of Jambudvīpa. That Victorious One is a large being, dark in color, soaked in blood, roaring fiercely, giving commands with red eyes: Hey, male practitioners, take whatever you want, and having taken it, go to Jambudvīpa and do the benefit of sentient beings. Then, if you do not go, then you should desire to build a tiered house of the Bhagavan. The practitioners should say: Bhagavan, I will go to see you, the mountain Victorious One. Then, the Bhagavan Mother, the Noble Tārā, commanded: From this very path
