The possessor, for the realm of the three-thousand great thousand worlds, is completely and perfectly accomplished. It is comfortable to the touch, soft, and elastic. All directions are made of various jewels, and the ground is adorned only with neat rows of extremely beautiful decorations. It is as flat as the sky or the palm of a hand, wide, comfortable, and prosperous. It sinks when pressed and bounces when lifted. There are no cliffs, precipices, deep ravines, or bird nests. It is free from gravel, tiles, thorns, and the like. The ground, adorned and beautified with inconceivable transformations and arrangements, is filled with the sound of pleasantly flowing, non-harmful water possessing eight qualities. Lakes, ponds, lotus ponds, and the like are covered with various kinds of flowers. Trees such as the sorrow-free tree, the Udumbara tree, and the Nyagrodha tree are adorned with many pleasing flowers and fruit-laden trees. Peacocks, cranes, partridges, and geese, along with various kinds of birds swaying and gracefully moving, proclaim the sound of selflessness. Lions and elephants play, and beasts such as the Krina Jati and fat-tailed sheep also rejoice and frolic with unconfused minds, abiding in loving-kindness. Lotuses, water lilies, white lotuses, blue lotuses, and lotus stamens, etc., with their complete and perfect qualities of various colors and fragrances, make the ground exceptionally beautiful. All directions are filled with camphor, musk, agarwood, sandalwood, snake heartwood, and the like, with a widespread fragrance that delights the minds of all beings. Vidyadharas and the like, and non-humans and other assemblies, wander very lawfully. Assemblies of gods, goddesses, and Gandharva maidens also sing many pleasing songs accompanied by the sound of sacred Dharma. Possessing the complete joy of the taste of Dharma, it is able to generate great purity in the minds of oneself and others, obtaining the many gates of Samadhi of Shamatha and Vipassana, accomplished from the nature of Dharmadhatu, a sacred place free from the harm of oppression.

If abandoning, arrange and flourish the world like the Sukhavati pure land, making it a pure and sacred place of happiness, joy, and delight, filled with the assembly of Bodhisattvas. This should also be blessed by the blessings of the Dharmadhatu, the blessings of the truth of the Three Jewels, the power of the complete accumulation of the two accumulations, and the blessings of this king of Vidyas, may it be so. Because the light of the Tathagata fills the inside and outside, the great palace of the Sugata, which arises from the immaculate and pure light, is the door of liberation, namely emptiness, signlessness, wishlessness, and non-action, and therefore has four doors; because it possesses the four mindfulnesses, it is square; because it possesses the four right abandonments, it has four pavilions; because it possesses the four miraculous feet, it is adorned with four bathing ponds; because it possesses the eightfold noble path, it has eight pillars. It is established on a square jeweled throne, and the jeweled pillars arising from the vase are beautifully bound with many jewels. Adorned with the twelve levels of joy and so on, and with the twelve steps of the pure twelve divisions of scripture. The golden bell is decorated with great compassion for the wheel of Dharma that satisfies the minds of all sentient beings.
