On a lotus and moon, the goddess arising from Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུཾ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Hūṃ), white-green in color, with one face and two arms. The right hand makes the gesture of granting refuge, the thumb pressing down on the giving hand. The left hand grants refuge with an উৎপལ་ flower. Adorned with all ornaments, she rides a tiger with playful feet. This is the practice method of Tara who saves from tigers. On a lotus and moon seat, the goddess arising from Laṃ (藏文：ལཾ，梵文天城体：लँ，梵文罗马拟音：laṃ，汉语字面意思：Lam), blue-green in color, with one face and two arms, the right hand granting refuge, the left hand holding an উৎপལ་ flower at her heart with the gesture of granting refuge. Adorned with all ornaments, she sits on water with playful feet. This is the practice method of Tara who saves from water. On a lotus, moon, and sun, the goddess arising from Hrīḥ (藏文：ཧྲིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：Hrih), red in color, with one face and two arms, endowed with all ornaments. The right hand grants refuge, the left hand holds an উৎপལ་ flower marked with an iron hook. With playful feet, she presses down on a human king. With the red rays of her own body, she fills his body and places him in a place of pus. This is the practice method of Tara, the pacifier. Then, the Tara called the Goddess of the Able One: In the nectar mandala from the previously shown ritual, in the group of five seed syllables, press the first with the first two and adorn with a half-moon bindu. Meditate on the Tara accomplished from that. Supremely beautiful, with one face, pleasing, green-bodied, with two arms. The right hand gives the best, the left hand holds an উৎপལ་ flower. Abiding on a lotus and moon, think of her as adorned with all ornaments. Join the two hands in a mudra, cover the fingernails of the middle fingers with the two index fingers, insert the ring fingers inward, and press the thumbs.
