This is a true Bhikshu. Therefore, in the Mahayana, five types of Bhikshus are spoken of: a Bhikshu in name only, a Bhikshu who lives by the precepts, a Bhikshu distinguished only by wearing robes, a Bhikshu who has taken full ordination through four karmas, and a Bhikshu who has destroyed afflictions. Therefore, the Blessed One said: One should become a Vajra-holding Bhikshu, subduing the violent is supreme. Only those who have destroyed afflictions can subdue the violent, not others. Those Bhikshus who have taken full ordination through four karmas all practice the conduct of the Hearer Vehicle's Sutras. They should not be controlled here, because they are inclined to inferiority and have no qualification. Therefore, it is said in the 'Amalgamation of Mercury': Those who completely accept the body of the two truths, and those who have thoroughly investigated the meaning of all words, and those who are manifestly delighted in the fruit of supreme great bliss, do not possess the conduct of the Hearer Vehicle's Sutras. Because Hearers and others are inclined to inferiority, engage in conceptualization, are separated from self-nature accomplishment, do not abide in the path of actions such as generosity and discipline, lack faith in those who know Suchness, have a notion of being far from liberation, have not obtained the supreme means of bliss, and seek enlightenment for a long time through difficult practices such as the twelve qualities of training, they will not attain it in that way, because they are separated from the supreme conduct of the Completion Stage. Therefore, the Blessed One said: Whatever Bhikshu dwells in objects, whatever has become an elder, whatever person delights in speculation, do not reveal this truth to them. Also in the 'Tantra of Manifest Enlightenment of Vairochana': The learning of wisdom devoid of means should also be taught, those Hearers are definitely for the purpose of dwelling in the great hero. Also in the 'Supreme First Yoga Great Tantra': With unbearable asceticism, the body becomes withered and full of suffering, suffering is a distraction of

Ema! Because of distraction, accomplishments turn into something else. Even with the practice of ultimate truth, wrapping a red cloth around the body is not a glorious lama. Holding a staff, bell, and begging bowl is not a glorious lama. Suffering by sweeping the ground with a broom is not a glorious lama. Dwelling at the root of a tree is not a glorious lama. And so on, extensively explained. It is also said in other scriptures: Lying down and giving blessings without eating is without authority. What does that mean? In any case, a monk does not have such authority. This way it exists: Just as the Bhagavan Shakyamuni Buddha, seeing the ultimate great benefit of sentient beings, fully entered into the conduct of the mantra path in the form of a Chakravartin. Similarly, the asceticism of a monk upholding the precepts, also because of particularly realizing all dharmas as illusory, completely abandoning worldly adornments, making a topknot and so on, wearing rosaries in order, being fully empowered by water, and giving wisdom, vajra, conduct, asceticism, prophecy, permission, and allowance as much as possible, then becoming a Vajradhara. How is that? Wouldn't it be lost from the previous vows? No, because this is a discipline that is superior to the superior. Just as becoming a novice from a layperson, and becoming a monk from a novice. How is that thought? When the nature of a monk exists, then the nature of the vows of a layperson and so on exists. If it were not so, then abandoning the form of detachment, manifesting as the form of a Chakravartin with extremely seductive and other postures, in order to make the desire similar to this desire completely diminish, I will show the conduct of the mantra path, then the words of the Bhagavan would not penetrate the heart. Therefore, the form of a monk is not suitable for holding a vajra and bell, because it is the conduct of the most supreme great desire. The form of a monk itself has the conduct of detachment, this way itself

Furthermore, it is unreasonable to act according to the principles of mantra. Therefore, the Blessed One said in the Tantra of Great Yoga, "All Tathagatas Abiding Completely": "With hair like eight fingers, adorned with clothes and ornaments, doing the work of Vajradhara, a monk will become Vajradhara, but it is not certain in other respects." etc. If even with a body free from desire one can similarly attain freedom here, then for what reason did the Blessed One show such an emanation of form? Furthermore, it is also said in the Kalachakra of Kurukulle, which arises from Heruka: "A body without clothes and without a topknot, should not be regarded as a guru, all the accomplishments of the mudras will be lost." Therefore, those who, as long as they have entered into the practice of mantra in the form of a monk, have not properly protected the practice of the Shravakas, etc., and are not practitioners of the principles of mantra. Therefore, they will fall from the vows of both, just as those with attachment cling to extreme bliss, driven by great sensual desires, craving the pleasure of the consort, and if they do things like eating and drinking, they will go to hell. Likewise, those who have not taken good asceticism and do not protect it well, will surely become flesh and bones, and the terrible fire will burn them completely. Furthermore, to imagine other forms that are different from oneself is irrelevant; to be similar to any form, and to do things similar to it, is the most beautiful. Likewise, whether it is one's own or another's power, whatever one does in whatever situation, one should strive to learn the teachings that have been spoken. Rich in excellent marks, skilled in ten things, for the activities of pacifying, increasing, etc., one should be regarded as an Acharya. Understanding symbols, possessing a joyful nature, protecting all vows, skilled in all crafts, and vast in the mantra treatises. Knowing the constellations and times, transcending worldly slander, skilled in abiding, skilled in acting, the city.
