Visualize all appearing places as filled, like being filled with sesame seeds. From the crown of those heads, from (Tibetan: བྷྲཱུཾ, Devanagari: भ्रूं, Romanized Sanskrit: bhrūṃ, Literal Chinese Meaning: Seed Syllable) arises the White Umbrella Uṣṇīṣa. One face, four arms, in a peaceful manner, adorned with various jewels. The first pair holds a rosary and a victory banner, the lower hand grants refuge and is in meditative equipoise. In the heart is the Sugata Uṣṇīṣa, body color yellow, wearing a Dharma wheel as a head ornament. In the east is the Vajra Uṣṇīṣa, body color white, holding a vajra bell. In the south is the Ratna Uṣṇīṣa, body color blue-green, holding a precious wish-fulfilling jewel. In the west is the Dharma Uṣṇīṣa, body color reddish-white, holding a lotus vase. In the north is the Karma Uṣṇīṣa, body color greenish-yellow, holding a crossed vajra hook. These five, from the mandala of the heart, from (Tibetan: བྷྲཱུཾ, Devanagari: भ्रूं, Romanized Sanskrit: bhrūṃ, Literal Chinese Meaning: Seed Syllable) arise the ten great Uṣṇīṣas. White, blue, red, green, indigo, blue-green, red, black, ten colors, adorned with various jewels. All are one-faced and two-armed, the right hand holding the Uṣṇīṣa, the left hand holding a vase. Each one is surrounded by ten attendants. From the center of the Dharma wheel lotus, abiding equally in a majestic manner.
