Homage! I am the King of Yoga Empowerment, the Vajra-holder who constantly abides. I am the Vajra of Vows, whose blessings cannot be transgressed. Then, the Vajra Acharya, endowed with the attainment of the three-syllable mantra, holds his own hand-seal Vajra and bell, and touches the bell with the Vajra. In all Mandala activities, this is held and performed. It is the hand-seal of the Bhagavan. Om Vajra Utistha. (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་ཨུ་ཏིཥྛ,Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ वज्र उतिष्ठ,Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ vajra utiṣṭha,Literal Chinese meaning: Om, Vajra, Arise!) Looking at the Mandala's sky, one stands up, with a wrathful gaze. With the two eyes born from the letter Hri (Tibetan: ཧི,Sanskrit Devanagari: ही,Sanskrit Romanization: hī,Literal Chinese meaning: Hri), one burns all obstacles. Then, making the wrathful hand-seal, one looks in all directions and walks. Endowed with the pride of a deity, one should recite the mantra. From the letter A (Tibetan: ཨ,Sanskrit Devanagari: अ,Sanskrit Romanization: a,Literal Chinese meaning: A) becoming complete, one should contemplate that the light rays blessed by various Vajras fill the entire earth, and one should crush it with the Vajra stride. The obstacles of the east, etc., are also pegged with pegs in the directions. Contemplate the Vajra fence and tent, and in union with glorious Vajrasattva, press down on the neck knot, and look with left prideful eyes, auspiciously. The eight directions abide in the wheel, and the upper and lower are also blessed. Bhur Bhuva Pacam Bandha Yata. By reciting the King of Mantras, Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ,Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं,Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ,Literal Chinese meaning: Hum), one is not overcome by all faults. Then, Om Vajra Mandala Hum Ja. (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་མཎྜལ་ཧཱུྃ་ཛ,Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ वज्रमण्डल हुं ज,Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ vajramaṇḍala hūṃ ja,Literal Chinese meaning: Om, Vajra, Mandala, Hum, Ja.) With this, one extends the two Vajra fists and should invite the secret Mandala, the four-faced one, and should invite the luminous Mandala of the nature of the Vajra realm. Om Vajra Vajre A Dhi Tistha Siddhi Hum. Then, making the hand-seal of Vajra encirclement, one makes it firm. Then, one recites over the acacia pegs: the joyful one, the victorious one, the lord of clouds, the large-bellied one, the victorious one, in that order. The one who conquers the three worlds, the Yamantaka, the powerful one, Hayagriva, and the nectar-swirling one. They also have the glory of the lower body with pegs, the nature of red sandalwood, wrapped with red thread, adorned with red flowers, at the outer corners of the Mandala, and in the directions, holding with the left hand, the right hand with the Vajra and
