འདི་ཞེས་བགྱི་བ་སྐྱེ་བ་ཐོག་མ་མ་མཆིས་པ་ནས་འཁོར་བ་ན་འཁོར་བའི་ཚེ་སྡིག་པ་མི་དགེ་བའི་ལས་གང་བདག་གིས་བགྱིད་པ་དང་ བགྱིད་དུ་སྩལ་བ་དང་རྗེས་སུ་ཡི་རང་བ་དང་དེ་དག་ཐམས་ཅད་སངས་རྒྱས་དང་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་རྣམས་ལ་སོ་སོར་བཤགས་སོ་ཞེས་ལན་གསུམ་དུ་བརྗོད་དོ། །དེ་ནས་སྐྱབས་སུ་འགྲོ་བ་ནི། སངས་རྒྱས་དང་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་ཐམས་ཅད་བདག་ལ་དགོངས་སུ་གསོལ། བདག་མིང་འདི་ཞེས་བགྱི་བ་དུས་འདི་ནས་བཟུང་སྟེ། ནམ་བྱང་ཆུབ་ཀྱི་སྙིང་པོ་ལ་མཆིས་ཀྱི་བར་དུ་ཡང་དག་པར་རྫོགས་པའི་སངས་རྒྱས་ལ་སྐྱབས་སུ་མཆིའོ། །བླ་ན་མེད་པ་དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པའི་ཞི་བའི་ཆོས་ཀྱི་སྐུ་སོ་སོ་རང་གིས་རིག་པ་ལ་སྐྱབས་སུ་མཆིའོ། །ཕྱོགས་བཅུའི་འཕགས་པ་ཕྱིར་མི་ལྡོག་པ་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་ཆེན་པོའི་དགེ་འདུན་རྣམས་ལ་སྐྱབས་སུ་མཆིའོ་ཞེས་ལན་གསུམ་དུ་བརྗོད་དོ། །དེ་ནས་དེའི་འོག་ཏུ་བདག་གི་ངོ་བོ་དབུལ་ཏེ། སངས་རྒྱས་དང་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་ཐམས་ཅད་བདག་ལ་དགོངས་སུ་གསོལ་བདག་མིང་འདི་ཞེས་བགྱི་བ་དུས་འདི་ནས་བཟུང་སྟེ། ནམ་བྱང་ཆུབ་ཀྱི་སྙིང་པོ་ལ་མཆིས་ཀྱི་བར་དུ་སངས་རྒྱས་དང་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་ཐམས་ཅད་ལ་བདག་གི་ངོ་བོ་དུས་ཐམས་ཅད་དུ་ཡོང་ཡེ་འབུལ་གྱིས་ཐུགས་རྗེ་ཆེན་པོ་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་བདག་བ་ཞེས་ཤིག་ཅེས་ལན་གསུམ་དུ་བརྗོད་དོ། །དེ་ནས་སེམས་ཅན་སྡུག་བསྔལ་བ་ཐམས་ཅད་ལ་སྙིང་རྗེ་ཆེན་པོ་མངོན་དུ་བྱ་སྟེ་བྱང་ཆུབ་ཀྱི་སེམས་རིན་པོ་ཆེ་བསྐྱེད་པ་ནི། སངས་རྒྱས་དང་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་ཐམས་ཅད་བདག་ལ་དགོངས་སུ་གསོལ། དངོས་པོ་ཐམས་ཅད་དང་བྲལ་བ་ཕུང་པོ་དང་ཁམས་དང་སྐྱེ་མཆེད་དང་གཟུང་བ་དང་འཛིན་པ་རྣམ་པར་སྤངས་པ་ཆོས་བདག་མེད་པ་མཉམ་པ་ཉིད་ཀྱིས་རང་གི་སེམས་ཐོག་མ་ནས་མ་སྐྱེས་པ། སངས་རྒྱས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་དང་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་དེ་དག་གིས་བྱང་ཆུབ་ཀྱི་སྙིང་པོ་ལ་བཞུགས་ཀྱི་བར་དུ་ཇི་ལྟར་བྱང་ཆུབ་ཏུ་སེམས་བསྐྱེད་པ་དེ་བཞིན་དུ་བདག་མིང་འདི་ཞེས་བགྱི་བ་ཡང་དུས་འདི་ནས་བཟུང་སྟེ། ནམ་བྱང་ཆུབ་ཀྱི་སྙིང་པོ་ལ་མཆིས་ཀྱི་བར་དུ་བྱང་ཆུབ་ཏུ་སེམས་བསྐྱེད་དོ་ཞེས་ལན་གསུམ་དུ་བརྗོད་དོ། །དེ་ནས་བསོད་ནམས་གྱི་རྗེས་སུ་ཡི་རང་བ་ནི་སངས་རྒྱས་དང་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་ཐམས་ཅད་བདག་ལ་དགོངས་སུ་གསོལ། བདག་མིང་འདི་ཞེས་བགྱི་བ་བླ་ན་མེད་པའི་བསོད་ནམས་ཀྱི་ རྗེས་སུ་ཡི་རང་བ་ནི་སངས་རྒྱས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་ཇི་ལྟར་མཁྱེན་པ་དེ་བཞིན་དུ་བདག་ཀྱང་སངས་རྒྱས་དང་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་ཐམས་ཅད་དང་འཕགས་པ་རང་སངས་རྒྱས་དང༌། ཉན་ཐོས་རྣམས་དང་འགྲོ་བ་མ་ལུས་པའི་བསོད་ནམས་ལ་རྗེས་སུ་ཡི་རང་ངོ་ཞེས་ལན་གསུམ་དུ་བརྗོད་དོ། །དེ་ནས་གསོལ་བ་གདབ་པ་ནི་སེམས་ཅན་གྱི་ཁམས་ཐམས་ཅད་དུ་སངས་རྒྱས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཐུགས་རྗེ་ཆེན་པོས་ཆོས་ཀྱི་ཆར་དབབ་པ་དང་ཐབས་དང་ཚུལ་སྣ་ཚོགས་ཀྱིས་འགྲོ་བ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི་དོན་མཛད་ཅིང་རྟག་ཏུ་བཞུགས་པར་གསོལ་ཞེས་ལན་གསུམ་དུ་བརྗོད་དོ། །དེ་ནས་སེམས་ཅན་ལ་ཕན་པ་བསྟབས་པ་ནི་སེམས་ཅན་ཐམས་ཅད་ངན་པའི་མཐའ་དབུགས་མ་ཕྱིན་པ་སོ་སོའི་སྐྱེ་བོའི་གནས་མྱུར་དུ་སྤངས་ཏེ་བདེ་བ་མྱ་ངན་ལས་འདས་པར་འགྲོ་བའི་འཇིག་རྟེན་ལས་འདས་པའི་ལམ་ཐོབ་པར་གྱུར་ཅིག །དམ་པའི་ལམ་ལ་གནས་པ་རྣམས་ཀྱང་དེའི་གོང་ནས་གོང་དུ་འཕར་བའི་ཁྱད་པར་ཐོབ་ནས་བླ་ན་མེད་པའི་བྱང་ཆུབ་ཀྱི་བདེ་བ་ལ་གཞོལ་བར་གྱུར་ཅིག་ཅེས་ལན་གསུམ་དུ་བརྗོད་དོ། །དེ་ནས་སེམས་ཅན་ཐམས་ཅད་ལ་བདག་གི་བསོད་ནམས་བསྔོ་བ་ནི། སངས་རྒྱས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱིས་བླ་ན་མེད་པའི་བསོད་ནམས་ཀྱི་བསྔོ་བ་ཇི་ལྟར་མཁྱེན་པ་དེ་བཞིན་དུ་བདག་གིས་བསོད་ནམས་མ་ལུས་པ་ཡང་སེམས་ཅན་ཐམས་ཅད་ཡང་དག་པའི་བདེ་བ་མ་ཐོབ་པ་རྣམས་བླ་ན་མེད་པའི་བདེ་བ་ཐོབ་པར་བྱ་བའི་ཕྱིར་ཡོངས་སུ་བསྔོའོ་ཞེས་ལན་གསུམ་དུ་བརྗོད་དོ། །ཕྱག་འཚལ་བ་ལ་སོགས་པ་འདི་རྣམས་ཅི་ནུས་པ་ལས་གཞན་དུ་ཡང་རུང་ངོ༌། །དེ་ལྟར་བསམ་པ་ཡོངས་སུ་སྦྱངས་པ་ངེས་པ་ཐེག་པ་ཆེན་པོ་ལས་ཡོངས་སུ་མི་ཉམས་པར་བྱ་བའི་ཕྱིར་སྐྱིལ་མོ་ཀྲུང་བཅས་ཏེ་དམ་ཚིག་གསུམ་གྱི་ཕྱག་རྒྱ་ལ་སོགས་པས་བྱིན་གྱིས་བརླབ་པ་ཆོ་ག་འདི་བཞིན་དུ་བྱའོ། །དེ་ལ་དམ་ཚིག་གསུམ་གྱི་ཕྱག་རྒྱ་ནི་ཐལ་མོ་སྦྱར་ཏེ་མཐེ་བོ་གཉིས་བསྒྲེང་ངོ༌། །ཕྱག་རྒྱ་འདི་ནི་རྒྱ་ཆེན་ཏེ། སངས་རྒྱས་སྐྱོབ་པ་རྣམས་ཀྱི་ཡིན། །སངས་རྒྱས་ཀུན་གྱི་དམ་ཚིག་ནི། །ཕྱག་རྒྱ་འདི་ལ་རབ་ཏུ་གནས། །དེའི་སྔགས་ནི་འདིའོ། །ན་མ་སྶ་མནྟ་བུདྡྷཱ་ནཱཾ། ཨ་ས་མེ་ཏྲི་ས་མེས་མ་ཡེ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ། དེ་ནས་ཆོས་ཀྱི་དབྱིངས་ཀྱི་ཕྱག་རྒྱ་བདག་རྣམ་པར་དག་པར་བྱ་བ་ནི་ལག་པ་གཉིས་ཁུ་ཚུར་བཅངས་ལ་མཐེ་བོ་གཉིས་ནང་དུ་བཅུག་སྟེ་མཛུབ་མོ་ གཉིས་བསྒྲེང་ངོ༌། །དེ་ནི་ཆོས་ཀྱི་དབྱིངས་གྱི་ཕྱག་རྒྱ་སྟེ་སྔགས་ནི་འདིའོ། །ན་མ་སྶ་མནྟ་བུདྡྷཱ་ནཱཾ། དྷརྨ་དྷཱ་ཏུ་སྭ་བྷཱ་ཝ་ཨཱཏྨ་ཀོ྅ཧཾ། དེ་ནས་རྡོ་རྗེ་སེམས་དཔར་བྱིན་གྱིས་བརླབ་པ་ནི་ལག་པ་གཉིས་ཀྱི་སོར་མོ་རྒྱབ་སྤྲོད་དུ་བསྣོལ་ལ་མཐེ་བོ་གཉིས་ཀྱང་སྤྲད

From beginningless time in samsara, whatever sins and non-virtuous actions I have committed, and whatever I have instigated others to commit, and whatever I have rejoiced in others' actions, all of these I confess separately to the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, thus reciting three times. Then comes taking refuge: May all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas heed me. I, named so-and-so, from this time forth, until I attain the essence of enlightenment, take refuge in the perfectly complete Buddha. I take refuge in the unsurpassed, the peaceful Dharma body of the Tathagata, realized individually by one's own wisdom. I take refuge in the Sangha of the noble, irreversible Bodhisattva Mahasattvas of the ten directions, thus reciting three times. Then, after that, offering oneself: May all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas heed me. I, named so-and-so, from this time forth, until I attain the essence of enlightenment, offer myself at all times to all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, may the greatly compassionate ones accept me, thus reciting three times. Then, generating great compassion for all suffering beings, generating the precious Bodhicitta: May all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas heed me. Separated from all things, abandoning the five aggregates, eighteen elements, twelve sense bases, the grasped and the grasper, with the equality of the selflessness of phenomena, one's own mind is unborn from the beginning. I rejoice in the merit of all Bodhisattvas, noble Pratyekabuddhas, as well as Shravakas and all sentient beings. Recite this three times. Then make the supplication: I beseech the Buddhas, the Bhagavat, with great compassion, to shower the rain of Dharma in all realms of sentient beings, and to benefit all beings with various means and methods, and to remain constantly in the world. Recite this three times. Then, for the benefit of sentient beings, make the aspiration: May all sentient beings quickly abandon the extreme of evil, the state of ordinary beings who have not yet been liberated, and attain the transcendental path that leads to the bliss of Nirvana. May those who abide in the right path also obtain the distinction of advancing from higher to higher, and immerse themselves in the bliss of unsurpassed Bodhi. Recite this three times. Then dedicate my merit to all sentient beings: Just as the Tathagata, the Bhagavat, knows the dedication of unsurpassed merit, so too do I dedicate all my merit to all sentient beings, in order that those who have not yet attained true happiness may attain unsurpassed happiness. Recite this three times. These prostrations and so on can be done according to one's ability, or in other ways. In this way, in order to ensure that the completely purified mind does not degenerate from the definitive Great Vehicle, sit in the lotus position, and bless with the Samaya Mudra and so on, and perform the ritual in this way. Among them, the Samaya Mudra is to join the palms and raise the two thumbs. This mudra is very vast, it is the mudra of the Buddhas who protect. The Samaya of all the Buddhas abides perfectly in this mudra. Its mantra is this: Namaḥ samanta buddhānāṃ, asame triṣame samaye svāhā. (Tibetan: ན་མ་སྶ་མནྟ་བུདྡྷཱ་ནཱཾ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: नमः समन्त बुद्धानां, Sanskrit Romanization: namaḥ samanta buddhānāṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Homage to all Buddhas.) Then the Dharmadhatu Mudra, in order to purify myself completely, clench both hands into fists, place the two thumbs inside, and raise the two index fingers. This is the Dharmadhatu Mudra, and the mantra is this: Namaḥ samanta buddhānāṃ, dharma dhātu svabhāva ātmako'haṃ.
