Om Patam Ke Svaha. May all sentient beings attain immeasurable fame and renown for the Dharma! The mantra of the Makara banner: Om Kumbhira Dhvaja Svaha. May all sentient beings conquer the four maras that do not abandon samsara, and become an indestructible banner of the Dharma! The mantra of the umbrella: Om Pramanaye Svaha. May all sentient beings possess unsurpassed refuge and become great kings of the Dharma! The mantra of the flower garland: Om Ratna Male Tram. Or: Namah Shreya Dhanugat Pratishthata. Pushpe Keta Beta Tathagataya. Arhate Samyaksambuddhaya. Tadyatha. Om Dushpe Svaha. May all sentient beings possess marks and signs, and attain perfection that is pleasing to behold! The mantra for offering a seat: Om Sunadri Jaye Svaha. May all sentient beings obtain excellent seats: the elephant seat with ten powers; the lion seat with four fearlessnesses; the horse seat with four miraculous feet; the peacock seat with ten freedoms; the Garuda seat with unobstructed power in all directions; the jewel seat that fulfills all desires; the lotus seat unstained by attachment; and the sun and moon seat, naturally radiant in all directions! Then, the mantra for offering clothes to the stupa: Om Dharma Dhatu Svabhava Vishuddhe Dharmate Svaha. The mantra for inviting to the palace: Om Dhara Dhara Kuta Garaye Svaha. The mantra for abiding: Om Supratishtha Vajre Svaha. By reciting these mantras, one contemplates the precious immeasurable palace abiding in the sphere of Dharma, in the circle of the moon. Then, bind the mudra of the Vajradhatu Lady of Power and place it on the head to perform the empowerment. The mantra is: Om Vajra Bhatu Adhitishtha Hum. Having thus empowered, one becomes firmly established in its essence. Thus, the construction of the stupa should also be done in sequence as previously explained. First, enter into equipoise, generating the perception of non-abiding in all dharmas. Then, with love and compassion for all beings and for whom it is done, say these words: How wonderful!

O! All the Buddhas, the Bhagavat, who possess infinite diligence, please consider me! I shall relieve all sentient beings. I shall defeat all obstacles, hindrances, and wrong views of Mara and others. I shall eliminate the defilements of afflictions that bind sentient beings themselves. I shall demolish the mountain of pride. I shall completely cut down the tree of birth. I shall grind the sun of the Lord of Death into powder. I shall dispel the darkness of ignorance. I shall lead those who lack faith, external selves, and perverse views to correct views and inspire faith. I shall reverse the river of karma. I shall dry up the ocean of existence. I shall ignite the lamp of Dharma. I shall show the path to enlightenment. I shall lead to patience and joy. I shall bestow greatly the bliss of meditation. I shall extinguish the fire of desire. I shall shatter the sharp sword of hatred. I shall lead to happiness. I shall calm the dust of jealousy. I shall untie the knot of miserliness. I shall pacify all suffering. I shall make it fearless. I shall enter and dwell in the city of great bliss. Therefore, please grant me the supreme accomplishment of action and bestow the sacred grace. Then, proceed as described above, with the Bhagavan Vairochana and others, along with the complete retinue. Perform the respective body colors and hand implements, as well as mantras, mudras, and rituals, etc., according to the proper manner. Alternatively, place any of the aforementioned essences in the center of the vase of the stupa made of the five wisdoms, which is naturally pure and luminous, and from them, countless rays of wisdom emanate, adorning and covering the boundless sky with clouds of countless Tathagata bodies, reaching to the edge of the Dharmadhatu, blessing all worlds, accomplishing the benefit of all beings, fulfilling wishes, and then re-converging and dissolving into the crown of the head and heart of the one to be accomplished, thereby completely purifying all obscurations such as karma and afflictions, and transforming body, speech, and mind into the very nature of Vajra.
