At that time, he made a grand vow to lead all sentient beings to complete enlightenment. Due to his realization, combined with the diverse inclinations and the sharpness or dullness of faculties of all sentient beings, he taught inconceivable doors of liberation. Among them, some teach the Dharma in the Sambhogakaya, some teach the Dharma in the Nirmanakaya, and some teach the Dharma in the Nirmanakaya's Nirmanakaya. Among these, the Sambhogakaya has two forms: the common vehicle and the special vehicle. The form of the common vehicle is that in the Tushita heaven, the Bhagavan (བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས།) Glorious Vairocana (རྣམ་པར་སྣང་མཛད།) teaches the Dharma to the Bodhisattvas who abide on the earth, as well as to gods, nagas, and others. The form of the special vehicle is that the secret of the body, speech, and mind of all the Tathagatas (དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ།) resides in the Vajra consort's Bhaga (བྷ་ག་), and manifests the Chakrasamvara mandala and so on. Among these, some who are of little intelligence and weak wisdom think that the so-called Mahayana secret mantra was not spoken by the Tathagatas, but was spoken by yakshas and rakshasas, etc. Worldly people rely on the term "Bhagavan" to judge, and since yakshas and others are also called "Bhagavan" in the world, it contradicts the Dharma spoken by the Buddhas, so it is not Dharma. Some also think that it was not spoken by yakshas and others, but was spoken because the powerful gods of great desire, etc., revered the Dharma of intercourse. If it were not so, then the sacred Dharma jewel spoken from the mouth of one Tathagata would contradict what is spoken by nature, which is an unskilled means. Because of the control of doubt, sentient beings will not be liberated, just like the words of a madman. If they think so, then these people should be recognized as having inauspicious spiritual friends. Furthermore, those who only superficially examine the secret mantra think that what accords with the Buddha's teachings is the sutra of definitive meaning, while the secret mantra is the essence of the Tathagata's true teachings, and should be diligently practiced. Such views become sources of mutual confusion, and are filled with arrogant words and various wrong views.

Because there is the phenomenon of arising and ceasing, the Tathagata generally said that all dharmas have three kinds of transmissions. Among them, the transmission of body is the Vinaya Sutra and so on. The transmission of speech is the Prajnaparamita and, the Mahayana Sutra Pitaka and so on. The transmission of mind is the Mahayana Secret Mantra. Here, the three kinds of transmissions are said to be for the sake of three kinds of people, namely: the dull, the intelligent, and the pure observers. In addition, the Tathagata teaches the Dharma in various ways according to the aspirations, conduct, field to be tamed, and the paths of these beings, which is entirely for the purpose of enabling all sentient beings to realize perfect enlightenment, like a magician. Therefore, in order to subdue those Brahmins who like to bathe, clean, wear gorgeous clothes, and not eat after noon, the Vinaya Pitaka and the Action Tantra and so on were taught. Also, in order to subdue those who are free from desire and, the eloquent speakers who wear the sky as clothes, the Prajnaparamita and so on were taught. In front of those who rely on common good deeds and enjoy the five desires, such as the Chakravartin King and other beings to be tamed, this treatise and so on were taught. In addition, in order to subdue those sentient beings who have strong desires and have no other methods of taming, the unsurpassed secret mantras that rely on great conduct were taught. In this regard, some people may have two doubts: Like this, is it because all people can attain one perfect enlightenment that other dharmas are also taught? Or, is it only through the asceticism of the body that one can attain enlightenment? Only through the vast conduct of the mind can one attain enlightenment, will our method become another method? Some people also think that the Tathagata prohibits sexual misconduct in all dharmas, will our method become another method? In this regard, the Ratnakuta Sutra says in conjunction with the patient's constitution: Even harmful things such as poisons, after killing the toxicity through the action of other drugs, can also cure diseases if taken.
