I shall do so. For the benefit of beings, may I become a Buddha! Just as the protectors of the three times have definitely generated the mind of enlightenment, I shall generate this unsurpassed mind of enlightenment. In the vows of Buddha Yoga, the discipline of vows, the accumulation of virtuous dharmas, and the three disciplines of benefiting sentient beings, I shall firmly uphold them. In the vows of Buddha Yoga, to the Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha, from today onwards, I shall take refuge in the unsurpassed Three Jewels. In the great and supreme Vajra family, the vajra, bell, mudra, and the sacred Vajra master, I shall truly uphold them. In the great and supreme Ratna family, for the pleasing vows, every day at six times, I shall generously give all kinds of generosity. In the great and supreme Padma family, as spoken by the Buddha, the three vehicles of outer, inner, and secret, I shall also uphold the sacred Dharma as much as I can. In the great and supreme Karma family, doing the works of offerings and all the vows of the ocean, I shall uphold them as extremely sacred. Having thus upheld all the vows, and having generated the supreme mind of enlightenment, for the sentient beings blinded by ignorance, I shall lead them to virtue. For the sentient beings bound by afflictions, I shall liberate those who are not liberated. For the sentient beings who have not been delivered from the ocean of samsara, I shall deliver them. For the sentient beings in great suffering, I shall let them breathe who have not breathed, and I shall place the sentient beings who dwell in samsara in nirvana. From this time onwards, until the heart of enlightenment, I offer myself as a servant to Manjughosha, please take me with compassion. From this time onwards, as taught by you, the Sugata, I shall strive for the benefit of sentient beings, please bless me. Having thus accumulated the accumulation of merit, remembering the great love, compassion, joy, and equanimity, the four immeasurables, having generated the mind of enlightenment and taken the vows, now focus the mind on the samadhi that purifies all accumulations of wisdom, that is, emptiness. To accomplish it, recite these words and believe in their meaning.

Having purified with wisdom, all phenomena arise as the appearance of one's own mind, like the center of the sky. Contemplate the garland of Āli and Kali. From Āli, on top of a white lotus. From Kali, the source of Dharma is equal to the end of space. At its end, within the circle surrounded by five rays of light, five rays of light radiate and gather. From green light, the wind mandala is marked with a crossed vajra. From red light, the fire mandala is marked with a red lotus. From white light, the water mandala is marked with jewels. From yellow light, the golden ground is marked with a wheel. From blue light, Mount Meru is marked with a vajra. That is, the east is crystal, the south is lapis lazuli, the west is padmaraga (ruby), and the north is marked with a golden vajra. Above that, all five rays of light completely gather, forming a square palace with four doors, the door frames adorned with beautiful jewel petals. Outside, there are pearl nets and tinkling bells hanging from the four corners. Strings of various jewels also hang from the horse-support pillars. The horse-support pillars are also adorned with toranas (gateways) and so on, and beautified with deer and dharma wheels, banners and victory banners, umbrellas and jewel-like radiant crests. Inside the palace, on top of lions and elephants, excellent horses and peacocks, and garudas, beautifully arrange seats of lotus, moon, and sun. And, contemplate that the retinue also has lotus and moon seats arranged in order. On the seat in the center of the mandala, from the magical display of one's own mind, the garland of Āli and Kali arises. From the blessing of its expansion and contraction, the moon and sun are marked with their respective symbols. Within that, from A arises a white vajra marked with the letter A. These expand and contract, emitting light. From that, the Bhagavan Great Vairocana, with four faces, the first face looking east, the second south, the third west, the fourth

pa byang ngo. In all four directions, each with two hands. Above the supreme mudra of enlightenment, a white five-pointed vajra arises, adorned with all ornaments. At its heart is the letter dhīḥ (धीः, dhīḥ, wisdom). The primordial Buddha has five faces and eight arms, holding the sword of wisdom in the right hands and the book of the perfection of wisdom in the left hands. The four faces correspond to the four directions, and the center is reddish-yellow. At its heart is a six-spoked wheel of wisdom, marked with the six secret mantra kings. In its center is Manjushri, the wisdom being, with six faces and two hands, holding a sword in the right hand and a book in the left. Above it, contemplate the moon and A. Thus, this is the samadhi of the first union. Then, desiring to generate the six wheels of the mandala, this garland of mantras that accomplishes all the Tathagatas should be expanded from A. A Ā I Ī U Ū E AI O AU O Aḥ sthito hriṃ di jñānamūrtir ahaṃ (I abide in A Ā I Ī U Ū E AI O AU O Aḥ, hriṃ, the embodiment of wisdom). Buddho Buddhānāṃ tryadhvavartīnāṃ (Buddhas of the three times). Oṃ vajratīkathaṇāya te namaḥ (Om, homage to the sharp vajra). Oṃ duḥkhacchedāya te namaḥ (Om, homage to the cutter of suffering). Oṃ prajñājñānarūrta ye ya te namaḥ (Om, homage to the form of wisdom and knowledge). Oṃ jñānakāyāya te namaḥ (Om, homage to the wisdom body). Oṃ vāgīśvarāya te namaḥ (Om, homage to the lord of speech). Oṃ arapacanāya te namaḥ (Om, homage to the stainless one). Oṃ sarva dharma abhāva svabhāva viśuddhe (Om, all dharmas are unborn, pure in their own nature). Cakṣur vajra A Ā Aṃ Aḥ prakṛti pariśuddhe (Vajra eye, A Ā Aṃ Aḥ, pure in nature). Sarva dharmāya dūta sarva tathāgata jñānakāya mañjuśrī pariśuddhitā mupādāyeta (Messenger of all dharmas, all tathagatas, wisdom body, Manjushri, pure). Oṃ A Āḥ sarva tathāgatā hṛdaya hara hara (Om, A Āḥ, heart of all tathagatas, hara hara). Oṃ hūṃ hrīḥ bhagavān jñānamūrti vāgīśvara mahā vaca sarva dharma gagana amala su pariśuddhe dharma dhātu jñāna garbha Āḥ. By reciting this, the garland of letters,
