That is, to ripen the disciple with empowerment. Having thus ripened the disciple, up to Sarva Dharma (Tibetan: སརྦ་དྷྲྨཱ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: sarva dharmā, Sanskrit Romanization: sarva dharmā, Chinese literal meaning: all dharmas), it is taught in conjunction with the complete stages of the path. Then, from what does the aforementioned immovable one not move? Sarva Dharma (Tibetan: སརྦ་དྷྲྨཱ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: sarva dharmā, Sanskrit Romanization: sarva dharmā, Chinese literal meaning: all dharmas) is all dharmas. Gagana (Tibetan: ག་ག་ན་, Sanskrit Devanagari: gagana, Sanskrit Romanization: gagana, Chinese literal meaning: sky) is like the sky. Amala Su (Tibetan: ཨ་མ་ལ་སུ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: amala su, Sanskrit Romanization: amala su, Chinese literal meaning: stainless) is stainless. Vari Shuddha (Tibetan: བ་རི་ཤུདྡྷ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: vari śuddha, Sanskrit Romanization: vari śuddha, Chinese literal meaning: completely pure) is completely pure. Dharma Dhatu (Tibetan: དྷརྨྨ་དྷཱ་ཏུ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: dharma dhātu, Sanskrit Romanization: dharma dhātu, Chinese literal meaning: the realm of dharma) is the realm of dharma. Jnana (Tibetan: ཛྙཱ་ན་, Sanskrit Devanagari: jñāna, Sanskrit Romanization: jñāna, Chinese literal meaning: wisdom) is wisdom. Garbha (Tibetan: གརྦྷ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: garbha, Sanskrit Romanization: garbha, Chinese literal meaning: essence) is the great essence. The meaning is to contemplate all dharmas as being like the sky, stainless and completely pure, having the essence of the wisdom of the realm of dharma. Therefore, it should be known that this tantra, from beginning to end, and also originating from the letter A in the beginning and completing in the letter A in the end, is a tantra that teaches the profound unborn. Reading, reciting, and chanting this extremely concise, naturally spontaneously accomplished mantra is also like reciting the extensive tantra, and this was said for the sake of those who like conciseness. Among them, extensive and concise refer to the difference between obvious vastness and smallness. In terms of meaning, it should be known that there is no difference between large and small. The thirteenth chapter is complete. Now, in order to show the near concise tantra, the content starting from "Then" and so on is taught. There are three types of tantras: extensive tantra, concise tantra, and extremely concise tantra. Immediately after completion, the five hundred Vajra-holders, together with their retinue, performed a secret praise. Then, who is the secret praise praising? In what way is it praising? With what is it praising? With what kind of difference in words is it praising? The praise is that Vajrapani praises the Bhagavan in a joyful and satisfied manner, praising with the four types of wisdom, such as "Protector." Among them, "Protector" is praised in the way of mirror-like wisdom. "Bhagavan" is praised in the way of discriminating wisdom. "Tathagata" is praised in the way of diligent activity. "Perfectly Complete Buddha" is praised in the way of equality wisdom. You are also the master of the four wisdoms, possessing various ornaments, clothing, and postures, and also showing the play of male and female. All, all, from the peak of existence to hell, prostrate, or it is praised that the nature of all that is you. The wisdom body is wisdom itself, not other than that, it is the body of service, which is a term for the venerable one, virtue.

I prostrate to the noble one who possesses qualities such as (ེ་). It is called "Praise," which is an abbreviation of the name of the Karma family. Thus, the Tantra is summarized, and the meaning of the fourteenth chapter is complete. The twelfth chapter on benefits is very easy, so it is not explained here; it can be studied on your own. Now, the thirteenth chapter explains the order of reciting mantras for the wheel of wisdom. That is, the last mantra from Om to A is only recited and written on the wheel. The mantras in between, from Kri to Ya Te, are not even considered mantras themselves, so they are neither recited nor written. The following mantra is considered a vow that has been taken or promised. The mantras from A A to Ah, until the end of the mantras, are considered for both recitation and writing on the wheel. Among them, Om is considered a vow of the mantra and an auspicious word. As it is said in the Vajrasekhara Sutra, "The meaning of the vow and auspiciousness is the essence of the one who holds wealth." It means that after reciting Om, one knows that there is a mantra below, which is to dissolve the vow. Om is the nature of the five wisdoms and abides in the seed syllables of the five Sugatas, so it becomes auspicious. If used in fierce actions, it will also become inauspicious if Om is not recited. Therefore, since it is the nature of the five wisdoms, Om is also what urges the heart essence of all Buddhas. Sarva Dharma (藏文:སརྦ་དྷརྨྨཱ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: सर्वधर्माः, Sanskrit Romanization: sarva dharmāḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: all dharmas) means all dharmas, and Bhava (藏文:བྷ་བ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: भव, Sanskrit Romanization: bhava, Literal Chinese meaning: existence, becoming) here refers to things and arising. Abhava (藏文:ཨ་བྷ་བ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: अभव, Sanskrit Romanization: abhava, Literal Chinese meaning: non-existence, non-becoming), negated by A, so it is included in dependent origination, and all dharmas that appear in this way are without substance, which is the meaning of the vow. Svabhava (藏文:སྭཱ་བྷཱ་བ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: स्वभाव, Sanskrit Romanization: svabhāva, Literal Chinese meaning: self-nature) is self-nature. Vishuddha (藏文:བི་ཤུདྡྷ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: विशुद्ध, Sanskrit Romanization: viśuddha, Literal Chinese meaning: pure) is completely pure, so the reason is that self-nature is completely pure. If it is said that the reason for self-nature being completely pure is not established, then it is said to be established through direct perception and inference. If asked by what direct perception is it established, and by what inference is it established? For example, just as one infers fire from the smoke seen directly by the eye behind the mountain, I also rely on the signs of the Guru's instructions and it is established directly by the eye of the instructions. If it is said that there is no smoke, just as it contradicts direct perception, if it is said that the reason for self-nature being completely pure is not established, it also contradicts the direct perception of the eye of the instructions.
