Then perform the fire offering, visualizing the Bhagavan Vairochana Buddha as he is in the center of the fire altar, making the supreme mudra of enlightenment, and offering sesame seeds as burnt offerings. With the fire of red firewood, ignite it fiercely, abide in the samadhi of Vajrakrodha, and burn sins by burning sesame seeds. This is the secret mantra: Om, Sarva, Papam, Dahana, Vajraya, Svaha. (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་སརྦྦ་པཱ་པཾ་ད་ཧ་ན་བཛྲཱ་ཡ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ सर्व पापं दहन वज्राय स्वाहा, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ sarva pāpaṃ dahana vajrāya svāhā, Literal Chinese meaning: Om, all, sins, burning, Vajra, Svaha.) If you desire the prosperity of your family, visualize the Bhagavan Ratnasambhava Buddha in the center of the fire altar, and offer three portions of ghee. With the same firewood, after fiercely igniting the fire, if you constantly burn rice, demons will not invade, and the family will prosper. This is the secret mantra: Om, Vajra, Pushtaye, Svaha. Then, if you desire longevity, visualize the Bhagavan Amitayus Buddha in the center of the fire altar, and offer three portions of ghee. With red firewood, the wise should constantly ignite the flame, and if you perform a burnt offering with Durva grass sprouts mixed with ghee, longevity will increase. This is the secret mantra: Om, Vajra, Ayushe, Svaha. (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་ཨཱ་ཡུ་ཥེ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ वज्र आयुष्ये स्वाहा, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ vajra āyuṣe svāhā, Literal Chinese meaning: Om, Vajra, life, Svaha.) Then, if you desire to protect yourself or others, visualize the Bhagavan Amoghasiddhi Buddha in the center of the fire altar, and offer three portions of sesame oil. With the same firewood, after fiercely igniting the fire, if you perform a burnt offering with Kusha grass branches mixed with grains and ghee, you will surely be protected. This is the secret mantra: Om, Apratihata, Vajraya, Svaha. Then, visualize your own deity in the center of the fire altar, and offer sesame seeds, rice, ghee, Durva grass, sesame oil, and Kusha grass sprouts, etc., and offer offerings at the beginning and end. Pacifying fire offerings are mostly performed in the evening, increasing fire offerings are performed in the morning, subjugation is done at noon, and wrathful rites are done at midday. This is a brief summary made by practitioners. The color of pacification is white, the color of increase appears as yellow, subjugation is red, and wrathful rites are blue and black. These are the signs of accomplishment: Vajra, iron hook, nine arrows, jewels, sun, victory banner, smile, lotus, sword, wheel, holding, activities and armor, and terrifying things, etc., as well as the signs of Durva grass and fragrance. Having seen these, offer the offerings.

One should perform a fire offering. When the gods of the fire offering are satisfied, all activities will be accomplished, as stated by the Bhagavan Vajradhara. Therefore, even those without ability should perform the fire offering to the best of their ability. If one is unable, one should recite. In the northeast direction of one's house, dig a hearth that is either square or round, about one cubit deep and one span high. In the center of the hearth, place a five-pronged vajra that is eight fingers in length and four fingers in height. On the surface of the hearth, inscribe vajras on the four corners, each four fingers in height. The abbreviated mudra for this is as follows: Joining the palms together tightly, with all fingers interlaced, this is the vajra palm mudra of all the Tathagatas. The mudras of Vajradhara and others also closely reveal the sequence of the samaya mudras. By binding with the vajra, all mudras are bound. Having bound that vajra palm mudra, the extreme binding is the vajra binding, which is released at the heart. Vajra Bandha Trat. (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, Chinese literal meaning) Then, having bound all the mudras, from blessing oneself onwards, until the distinctions of accomplishing the remembrance of the vajra and the summoning, etc., one's body, speech, and mind are drawn into the vajra, absorbed, bound, and become empowered. Then, having bound the mudra of descending the vajra, one should recite this essence. Ah, the vajra fist with fingers joined is the samaya mudra of descending the vajra. Then, having entered, from blessing oneself onwards, one will abide in the state of friendship through the distinctions of accomplishment. Then, remembering the great samaya hero, one should recite this essence. Samaya Sattva Ham. (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, Chinese literal meaning: Vow, Hero, I) By this, with the vajra mudras such as the Vajra King, one will become unified with the great samaya hero. This is the extensive ritual of all mudras. Then, the extensive ritual of common accomplishment is as follows: The Bhagavan, the great samaya hero, abides on one's own body, dwelling on all the lunar mandalas, and one should contemplate oneself as the embodiment of the Vajra King and others with this essence. Samaya Ham. (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, Chinese literal meaning: Vow, I) Then,
