Oṃ sarva tathāgata kāya viśodhane svāhā! The bathing should also be offered with the rite of empowerment. Just as at the time of birth, the gods bathed, likewise, I bathe with the water of the gods, with faith. Oṃ sarva tathāgata abhiṣeka ta samaya śrīye hūṃ! Then, clothes should be offered. Oṃ vajra bhāṣaṇe svāhā! Then, all the ornaments and so on, each with its own mantra. Oṃ vajra mukuṭa svāhā! Offer with these and so on. After that, the empowerment should be given. The two thumbs are crossed, the tips of the index fingers are bent, the middle fingers are joined at the joints. This is said to be the empowerment mudra of the vajra realm. Oṃ bhukhaṃ (Tibetan, Devanagari: भुखं, Romanized: bhukhaṃ, meaning: space), it is said. Abhiṣiñca svamāṃ (Tibetan, Devanagari: अभिषिञ्च स्वमां, Romanized: abhiṣiñca svamāṃ, meaning: Please empower me), it is said. Likewise, oṃ vajra sattva hūṃ! vajra ratna trāṃ! vajra dharma hrīḥ! vajra karma aḥ! To all of these, add "abhiṣiñca svamāṃ (Tibetan, Devanagari: अभिषिञ्च स्वमां, Romanized: abhiṣiñca svamāṃ, meaning: Please empower me)", and empower them with their respective mudras, according to their positions. Then, oṃ hūṃ! With the mudra and mantra, protect them according to their positions, and abide in the empowerment of silk banners and crowns. Then, please with equal palms. Oṃ vajra tuṣye ho! Then, make offerings with coquettish women and so on. After that, anoint the eye medicine on a gold or jewel mirror with this mantra and open the eyes. Oṃ caṣu samanta cakṣu viśo daṃ ni svāhā! Then, for the food: Oṃ divya ini samādhi dhyānaṃ ṇa nai svāhā! That's it. Then, with the offering mantras for the mirror, the wheel, the seven jewels, the sword, the cushion, the food, and the various items, make manifest offerings. The vases mentioned above should be offered by eight or one beautiful young maiden. Then, in some cases, when the disciples are present, this is the rite of complete acceptance. After the disciple has approached, empower them in sequence, and say, "Make offerings." After that, perform a fire offering, completing a hundred thousand times, or one hundred and eight times. For that, for the deity of the mandala, the mandala should be drawn. For one and so on, the mandala of the mother of all Buddhas should be drawn and done.
