Having stabilized in such a firm position, thereafter becoming victorious, becoming honey, becoming the accomplisher of all meanings, in such a manner, the three realms, including desire, are blessed and increased by the syllable "gin." Why is that? It is said, including desire. Why is it that the nature of desire, hatred, and ignorance, the three realms, constantly abides, and abides in a state of non-cessation? The three existences, namely the existence of desire, the existence of form, and the existence of formlessness, are of three kinds. By relying on them in the manner of three dharmas, and manifesting them with pure nature, they transform into three supremes, namely becoming victorious, becoming honey, and becoming the nature of accomplishing all meanings. "By not relying on dharma, one falls into the three lower realms." This means that if one clings to the nature of desire, hatred, and ignorance as real, and relies on them with manifest attachment, one will transform into the three lower realms characterized by hell, hungry ghosts, and animals. "Desire is said to be honey." This means that Brahma, who holds the form of the desire realm gods, is called honey. "Hatred is known as the victorious one." This means that the wrathful one who holds the form of great power is called the victorious one. "Ignorance is the accomplisher there." This means that the pervader who holds the form of spring is called the accomplisher of all meanings. "These are universally secret names." This means that these names are known only to yogis in all ten directions, which are uncommon to all beings. "I am the only world." This means that in the manner of mind-only, desire, hatred, and ignorance are the world. "Well explained as the three worlds." This means that in the manner of differentiation, desire is complete, hatred is wrathful, and ignorance is the pervader, as such is well explained. I have arisen and explained through the power of samadhi, as said by the Bhagavan Great Vajradhara. Furthermore, in this way, mind-only is only one, but in the manner of differentiation.

How does one know the arrangement? (The text says,) "I am desire, the only one." Because I am the nature of the Dharmadhatu, without beginning or end, the only one in terms of ultimate truth, and because I am the nature of the mind called the sign of enlightenment, therefore I am desire. Because this is Brahma, the embodiment of the desire deity, born from the same cause, it is desire. The fierce one is the embodiment of good strength. The eternal one is Vishnu, the embodiment of spring. Therefore, just because it arises from the same cause, these three realms are the only one, as the great Vajradhara has well explained and declared. The word "then" is a word that indicates immediately after. Having thus explained the suchness of the three worlds, immediately after that, abandoning the attachment to the reality of Vajradhara, the most excellent of these three names, realizing the mind with the sign of enlightenment is purification. For that purpose, it is called Vajra Good, because it makes the Vajra of emptiness extremely perfect, so it is holding Vajra Good. "The forms are these three." It means that they are the three conquerors, the ones who become honey, the bodies that accomplish all purposes, that is, those that arise. "Is" means certainty, it is these three forms. "Only self-nature arises." It means that the self-continuum of self-nature, the conqueror, the one who becomes honey, the form that accomplishes all purposes, the Bhagavan Vajradhara blessed, extracted, and generated. Why did he bless those three forms with self-nature? (The text says,) "Because these worlds, always say this." Because from beginningless samsara, these are the special faiths for the three names that have the nature of underground, above ground, and heaven. The word "also" means special. This is dependent on the mind that especially believes in the Tathagatas and others. "Brahma and others subdue" means whatever Brahma and others are.

English

That is subdued by Brahma and others, subdued by the wrathful one and Vishnu, and is any sentient being who has faith in them. "It is not a vessel for perfect enlightenment." This means that this world, which is subdued by others, is not a vessel and has no merit for the actualization of the true and non-inverted Buddha's enlightenment, and therefore he himself blesses it in the three forms. "For the sake of purifying them" means that by blessing oneself as the three forms, the minds of those sentient beings who are attached to things are contemplated, and in order to attain Buddhahood, the Bhagavan Great Vajradhara himself becomes the victor, becomes honey, becomes the cause of the form that accomplishes all meanings, and by the three forms themselves subdues Brahma and others, thereby purifying the minds of those people, so what does the Bhagavan do? "Later, it will not change into a Buddha." This is said to generate the mind of the nature of the eighth bhumi in those such as Brahma by realizing Suchness, and then to generate them as constantly and unchangingly becoming Buddhas. This shows that Brahma, Vishnu, Great Ishvara, and sentient beings who have faith in them, in the manner of the three names, through the naturally pure samadhi, in order to be definitely united with Buddhahood, the Bhagavan Vajradhara himself blesses as the three forms. Then, he causes those sentient beings to hold onto the three forms. After hearing the Dharma from Vajrasattva, they will become Tathagatas. The word "then" means immediately after, in the manner of such a statement, the Bhagavan Great Vajradhara places the gods such as Brahma in the state of Buddhahood. He is also the supreme of the three realms, and also the Great Ishvara, therefore the supreme of the three realms is the Great Ishvara. "Mandala" refers to the secret mandala of the three realms. "There" refers to that mandala. "One's own" refers to one's own.
