Crushing is striking with a weapon. This is what is declared: Meditating on the selflessness of all dharmas, all the dualistic thoughts of grasping and being grasped cease. This is crushing here by means of a vajra; thereby, even thoughts do not arise. Therefore, like a vajra, there is no crushing. This is called the meditation of the vajra-club. Perverted . View is frightening. This (means): Because all dharmas are unborn, stating that all dharmas are nonexistent is a perverted view, and therefore it frightens childish beings. Like a wild animal, there is no bravery. This is called the meditation of the vajra-nose-ring. Meditating on the fact that all dharmas are naturally pure, when one becomes manifestly attached to certain things, at that time one is bound by samadhi. Such a yogi is said to be like a wild animal without bravery, because all thoughts have ceased, and because sentient and non-sentient beings cannot be moved. Like a garland, there is no bondage. This (means): Other than a garland of flowers, there is no bondage. Whoever is bound by desire, even if they obtain the suffering of death or approaching death, they cannot completely abandon desire. Similarly, if one is bound by a garland of flowers of the limbs of enlightenment, bodhisattvas and others cannot completely abandon desire. This is called the meditation of the vajra-garland. Desiring women makes beings independent. This (means): The meditation of the vajra-power is: Attachment to women who are the nature of the samaya and dharma, karma, and the great seal, which are the various distinctions of all appearances, is devotion to that which is naturally pure, that is, attachment to the realm of sentient beings such as buddhas. To whom? It is stated that it makes beings independent. Only stability defeats others. This (means): This is the meditation of the victorious vajra. Because one is not afraid of all the dualistic thoughts of grasping and being grasped with the sword of wisdom, one is stable. Therefore, because one does not depend on others, only stability defeats others. Crushing is the weapon of explanation. This is called the vajra-peg.
