诸如造作等明王们，以及金刚萨埵等十六尊菩萨，其中任何自己所扮演的本尊的手印，那些全部都是不共的。因为，无论扮演哪个本尊，那个本尊的手印就是那个本尊自己的手印，所以称为不共。那是说，在所有这些当中，无论扮演哪个，凡是需要的手印，都是所有本尊共有的，所以称为共同。因此，才说是结共同手印。其中首先是宣说胜过三界的手印。虽然之前已经展示过胜过三界的手印，但是，为了表明这其中也有共同的部分，所以再次重复宣说。因为是金刚们的誓言之最，所以是金刚们的誓言之最。誓言，在这里是指咒语。又因为是，所以是誓言铁钩。或者说，誓言是什么呢？是“金刚 吽 (藏文：རྡོ་རྗེ་ཧཱུཾ།，梵文天城体：वज्र हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：vajra hūṃ，汉语字面意思：金刚 吽)”这样的咒语。这是这样说的。 “一切成就顷刻得”，这是在展示它的利益。像这样展示说，如果将胜过三界的手印与名为“吽 (藏文：ཧཱུཾ།，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽)”的四个字的咒语结合起来，那么首先是迎请所有如来，安置于坛城中，并安放在毗卢遮那佛的宝座上。从那以后，就会施予那个和一切成就。 “小指食指结铁钩”，这是说，在胜过三界的手印中，如果用右手的食指铁钩抓住左手的食指铁钩并结起来，那么两个金刚都会上下颠倒。因为是誓言们的铁钩，或者既是誓言又是铁钩，所以是誓言铁钩。或者说，誓言是欲王，因为是那个的铁钩，所以是誓言铁钩。“顷刻之间即召集”，这是说，顷刻之间即可召集所有三界。刚刚讲完胜过三界的共同手印，现在，“一切殊胜明咒之”，等等，是用调伏者吽造作的咒语所概括的。

All the mudras of the Vidyarajas, such as making, and the sixteen Bodhisattvas, such as Vajrasattva, are uncommon, whichever deity one imitates. Because whichever deity one imitates, that deity's mudra is that deity's own mudra, it is called uncommon. That is to say, whichever one imitates from all of those, whatever mudras are needed are common to all, so it is called common. Therefore, it is said to bind the common mudra. Among them, first, the mudra that overcomes the three worlds is explained. Although the mudra that overcomes the three worlds has already been shown before, however, in order to show that there is a common part in this, it is repeated again. Because it is the best of the vows of the Vajras, it is the best of the vows of the Vajras. The word vow here refers to the mantra. And because it is, it is the vow hook. Or what is the vow? It is the mantra "Vajra Hum (藏文：རྡོ་རྗེ་ཧཱུཾ།，梵文天城体：वज्र हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：vajra hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Vajra Hum)"." This is what is said. "All accomplishments are obtained in an instant," which is to show its benefits. It is shown like this: If the mudra that overcomes the three worlds is combined with the four-syllable mantra called "Hum (藏文：ཧཱུཾ།，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Hum)", then all the Tathagatas are first invited and placed in the mandala, and placed on the seat of Vairochana. From then on, that and all accomplishments will be bestowed. "The little finger and index finger are tied into a hook," which means that in the mudra that overcomes the three worlds, if the hook of the right index finger is held by the hook of the left index finger and tied, then both Vajras will be upside down. Because it is the hook of the vows, or it is both the vow and the hook, it is the vow hook. Or the vow is the king of desire, and because it is that's hook, it is the vow hook. "In an instant, all are summoned," which means that all three worlds are summoned in an instant. Having just shown the common mudra that overcomes the three worlds, now, "Of all the supreme vidyas," etc., is summarized by the mantra of the tamer Hum.

显示事业，因为既是殊胜明智也是一切，所以是一切殊胜明智，即金刚吽使等四种。其中，是胜过三界的手印之主，其他的则是共同的，所以不是主。其他之中成为主的是金刚萨埵的手印。那时，主的事业是什么呢？是镇压一切。这是指镇压。不仅是损害，而且，同样行持一切事业。所谓同样，是指如调伏者吽使所摄持一般。现在，金刚指端二者善好，等等，以名为班杂达底叉（藏文：བཛྲ་ད་ཏིཥྛ་，梵文天城体：वज्र दतितिष्ठ，梵文罗马拟音：vajra datitiṣṭha，汉语字面意思：金刚安住）的咒语，显示从三界倾倒中唤起的手印，金刚二者是，环绕的拳头二者，那二者的指尖二者要善好地结合，不颠倒地善好地极度平等地安放，弯曲后一个贴着一个，放在心间，观想处于倾倒之下，从那之中反过来向上提起，以那样的姿态复活一切死去者。名为金刚唤起，意思是这个手印的名字叫做金刚唤起。现在，金刚指二者，等等，显示完全复活死去者的咒语手印，金刚二者，是指之前刚说过的。那的指尖二者，金刚束缚束缚后，是指一个像铁钩一样抓住另一个，就是金刚束缚。重复这个手印，完全聚集一切有情，从未来断命之中返回，并且，给予食物和饮料等，以增长寿命的事业果报，放在头顶。那会做什么呢？会增长寿命和无病。如是说。现在，世尊金刚随行，以及，引到足底的咒语手印，那就是，金刚束缚立誓，等等。这很容易理解，仅仅是扭转的金刚拳头。

Displaying the activities, because it is both supreme wisdom and everything, therefore it is all supreme wisdom, namely the four such as Vajra Humkara. Among them, it is the chief of the mudras that overcomes the three realms, while the others are common, so it is not the chief. Among the others, the one that becomes the chief is solely the mudra of Vajrasattva. At that time, what is the activity of the chief? It is to suppress everything. This refers to suppression. Not only harm, but also, it performs all activities in the same way. The term "in the same way" means like being gathered by the subduer Humkara. Now, "The two vajra fingertips are well placed," and so on, with the mantra called Vajra Datistha (藏文：བཛྲ་ད་ཏིཥྛ་，梵文天城体：वज्र दतितिष्ठ，梵文罗马拟音：vajra datitiṣṭha，汉语字面意思：金刚安住), it shows the mudra of arousing from the fall of the three realms, the two vajras are, the two surrounding fists, the two fingertips of those two should be well joined, without inversion, well and very equally placed, bent and stuck together, placed at the heart, and contemplate being under the fall, and from that, reversing and lifting upwards, in that kind of manner, all the dead should be revived. It is called Vajra Arousal, which means the name of this mudra is called Vajra Arousal. Now, "The two vajra fingers," and so on, it shows the mantra mudra of completely reviving the dead, the two vajras, refers to what was just said before. The two fingertips of that, "Vajra binding, having bound," means one grasping the other like a hook is Vajra Binding. Repeating this mudra, completely gathering all sentient beings, turning back from future life-cutting, and, giving food and drink etc., placing the karmic result of increasing life on the crown of the head. What will that do? It will increase life and health. Thus it is said. Now, the Bhagavan Vajra's following, and, the mantra mudra of attracting to the soles of the feet, that is, "Vajra binding, having vowed," and so on. This is easy to understand, it is just a twisted vajra fist.
