形持母，空行母大骷髅母， 勇猛持钺刀之器，钺刀断割之事业。 饮用颅器之血，发散乱而具三眼， 抛掷供品于饿鬼口，勇猛可怖腹下垂。 具有颅器燃烧之饰，定以肠鬘为庄严， 具虎皮之裙裳，具人骨之串珠。 腰带具有血之点，饿鬼脑髓油与脂， 喜涂身躯之行，具大手印之耳环。 胸行之足镯极可怖，色白光焰之众聚， 威严具力清净者，甚极可怖忿怒故， 威胁损害等诸类。发出哈哈大笑声， 空行母大烟煤面，如是空行母无量众， 食肉等众眷属绕。眷属无余所有众， 于此处降临受用余供食。受用此余供食已， 所有事业速成办。汝等成办事业之方式， 于胜者释迦能仁教，守护安住之瑜伽士， 守护教法亲友及，所有疾病悉皆遮止及， 如是等类之事业，速速成办祈守护。 其他所托之事业，诋毁金刚阿阇黎及， 摧毁佛陀之教法及，于诸国土悉皆诋毁及， 夺取僧众聚集之门及，诋毁密咒大乘及， 成为瑜伽士共同敌者众，空行母汝等速超度。 食肉母乃恐怖之形相，于尸林处所之树木上， 于顶端安住而普视，裸身发散乱之食肉母。 恒常啖食血肉者，食肉眷属及诸众， 于此处降临受胜供。金翅鸟王具金眼， 一面四臂之形相，具有白色大光明， 具有金翅之头饰者，宝珠薜琉璃之喙。 足钉由珊瑚所生，具有如水晶之白色， 于出生处充满甘露，手持宝瓶敬礼赞。 以红色光芒之众聚，金翅自在眷属悦。

The manner in which you accomplish activities is: For the Victorious Shakyamuni's teachings, protect the yogis who abide, Protect the Dharma, friends, and completely avert all diseases, and All such activities, swiftly accomplish and protect, I beseech you. Furthermore, the entrusted activities are: Defaming the Vajra Acharya, and destroying the Buddha's teachings, and Completely defaming all lands, and stealing the door of the Sangha's assembly, and Defaming the Secret Mantra Great Vehicle, and those who have become the common enemy of yogis, Sky-goers, may you swiftly liberate them. The flesh-eating mother is of terrifying form, On a tree in the charnel ground, dwelling at the peak, looking everywhere. Naked, hair disheveled, flesh-eating mother, constantly eating flesh. The flesh-eaters and their retinues, come here and partake of the supreme offering. Garuda King with golden eyes, one face and four arms, Possessing great light of white color, possessing a headdress of golden wings. A beak of lapis lazuli jewel, foot nails born of coral, Possessing a color as white as crystal, filling the place of birth with nectar. Holding a vase in hand, I prostrate and praise.
