我，导师，应当祈请三次。之后，忏悔罪业和随喜等也如前一样做。以鲜花等祈请：导师请您垂念我。伟大的释迦牟尼佛，无余的诸佛请您垂念。我，名为某某，拥有智慧之眼的导师，从佛陀的嬉戏中产生，具有不退转法轮的财富。进入伟大的解脱之城，在一切最殊胜的秘密中，导师请您让我进入。请赐予我不退转的灌顶，赐予我伟大的福分。以一切相好庄严，与一切妙相完全具备，佛陀之身令人心生欢喜，伟大的导师请赐予我。灌顶是极其稀有，为了所有众生的利益，我恒常成为导师，伟大的导师请赐予我。如是祈请三次。之后，导师向弟子提问：世尊无量寿佛的秘密，您这位大士想要完全领受吗？弟子回答：想要领受。之后，宣说种姓的律仪誓言：皈依佛法僧三宝。这是清净佛种姓的，成为稳固誓言的，金刚铃杵手印，您这位大智者应当受持。菩提心即是金刚，智慧即是铃，如是宣说。导师自身也应当受持，上师与一切佛陀无别。这是清净金刚种姓的，律仪誓言如是宣说。对于伟大的珍宝种姓，日夜三次，布施财物、佛法、无畏、慈爱四种布施。外内秘密三乘，殊胜的佛法也应当受持。这是清净莲花种姓的，誓言律仪如是宣说。对于伟大的事业种姓，为了具足一切律仪，应当如实受持。也应尽力做供养的事业。除此之外的十四条，不应舍弃和抛弃，已经很好地宣说了堕罪，根本的见

Empowerment is extremely rare, for the benefit of all sentient beings, may I always become a teacher, great teacher, please grant me. Pray like this three times. This is of the pure Buddha lineage, becoming a firm vow, the vajra bell and hand seal, you, the wise one, should hold. The mind of enlightenment is the vajra, wisdom is the bell, thus it is said. The teacher himself should also hold, the guru is no different from all the Buddhas. This is of the pure vajra lineage, the vows are thus proclaimed. For the great jewel lineage, three times day and night, give the four kinds of generosity: wealth, Dharma, fearlessness, and love. The outer, inner, and secret three vehicles, the supreme Dharma should also be held. This is of the pure lotus lineage, the vows are thus proclaimed. It is said to be. Three times during the day and night, it should be taken every day. If the yogi violates it, he will commit a serious offense. You must not kill living beings, nor take what is not given. Do not engage in sexual misconduct, nor speak falsely. Alcohol is the root of all downfall, so it must be completely abandoned. Except for the benefit of sentient beings, all actions that should not be done must be abandoned. One should associate with the holy and respect the yogis. The three actions of the body, the four actions of speech, and the three actions of mind, should be abandoned as much as possible. Do not desire the lower vehicle, and do not turn away from the benefit of sentient beings. Also, do not completely abandon samsara, and do not always cling to nirvana. Do not associate with the secrets of gods and asuras. Do not wear or imitate mudras, weapons, mounts, and signs. These are said to be vows, and you must not always violate them, but always protect them. When reciting three times, the disciple should listen. Then the disciple should take the vows as follows: Teacher, please listen to me today. Whatever the Lord commands, I will do. Recite this three times. Then, taking the vows of the five families: Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, from what time, please pay attention to me completely. I am called so-and-so, and until I attain the essence of enlightenment, I will generate the supreme Bodhicitta. Just as the Buddhas of the three times have attained enlightenment, I will generate the supreme Bodhicitta. For the vows of Buddha Yoga, I will firmly uphold the precepts of discipline, accumulate virtuous dharmas, and the three disciplines that benefit sentient beings. From today onwards, I will take refuge in the supreme Three Jewels of Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha, and will never abandon them. The Vajra, bell, and mudra of the supreme Vajra family should also be truly upheld. The teachers should also be upheld.
