Then, after performing the seven-branch offering, taking refuge and generating the mind of enlightenment, train the mind with the four immeasurables. From emptiness, a lotus and sun arise, on a moon seat, a red (ཧྲཱིཿ, Devanagari: ह्रीः, Romanized Sanskrit: hrīḥ, Literal meaning: Hrih) syllable. Light radiates and gathers back, visualizing oneself as Avalokiteśvara as before. Lokeshvara, with a red-colored body, one face, four arms, and seated in the vajra posture, perfectly adorned and dwelling amidst rainbows of light, clearly visualize as in the external practice. The lama, lineage masters, and all the Kagyu, visualize above the crown of the head like Vajradhara. The heart is an eight-petaled lotus, on a sun and moon seat is Hayagriva, adorned with red-black charnel ground ornaments. The right hand is in the subjugating mudra, drawing a red lotus garland. The left hand holds a red utpala flower, with a lasso and threatening finger, leaning on the hip in a dancing posture. In the heart of that is a lotus, and in the center of the sun and moon is the mantra with (ཧྲཱིཿ, Devanagari: ह्रीः, Romanized Sanskrit: hrīḥ, Literal meaning: Hrih). Meditate on it circling to the right. In the navel, meditate on the arising of dharmadhatu, on a lotus, sun, and corpse seat, the secret wisdom dakini. On the four petals of the secret place lotus, the four families of dakas and dakinis, in the east, the white Vajra Dakini, in the south, the yellow Ratna Dakini, in the west, the red Padma Dakini, in the north, the green Karma Dakini. The fathers are the same as the mothers, adorned with curved knives and skull cups filled with blood. Raise from the seat of the mother in the navel, then bless the body, speech, and mind. Merge with wisdom and empower. In the navel, visualize the blazing fire of great bliss tummo. Hold the breath, gather power, and melt the precious bodhicitta. Melt and merge into the fire, wisdom blazes. Think of cultivating the view of samsara and nirvana as non-dual. Invite the Buddhas of the ten directions, mix with the wind, merge into the fire, and generate the Sambhogakaya of great bliss. Subjugate the six realms of sentient beings, meditate on bodhicitta. When generating compassion, merge the wind into the fire. The Nirmanakaya tames beings, showing anything from the mala. In a state of non-objectification, hold the breath and do not think of anything. Purity like space, the Dharmakaya is manifested. During mantra recitation, the rays of light are in the shape of iron hooks. Like fire, a multitude of burning light radiates, seizing and hooking from the hearts of beings, the essence of awareness dissolves into the (ཧྲཱིཿ, Devanagari: ह्रीः, Romanized Sanskrit: hrīḥ, Literal meaning: Hrih) syllable in the heart. The body dissolves into light and gathers into the navel. The hearts of the male and female dakas and dakinis
