ང༌། ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿ་ཧཱུ༵་ཧྲཱིཿ་ཨོཾ་མ་ཎི་པདྨེ་ཧཱུ༵། ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་བཱ་རཱ་ཧཱི། སརྦ་བུདྡྷ་ཌཱ་ཀྱི་ནཱི་ཡེ། བཛྲ་ཝརྞ་ནཱི་ཡེ། བཛྲ་བཻ་རོ་ཙ་ནཱི་ཡེ། ཧ་རི་ནི་ས། ཨཱ་བེ་ཤ་ཡ་ཡཱ་བེ་ཤ་ཡ། སརྦ་ཏ་ཐཱ་ག་ཏ་ཨ་བྷིཥི་ཉྩ་ཧཱུ༵་ཨཱཿ་ཞེས་བརྗོད་ཅིང་ཡེ་ཤེས་པ་གཞུག་གོ །ཡེ་ཤེས་པ་ཞུགས་པའི་རྟགས་སེམས་བདེ་གསལ་མི་རྟོག་པ་ལ་སོགས་པ་བྱུང་བ་དང༌། ལྷ་ལ་དབང་བསྐུར་བར་གསོལ་བ་གདབ་པ་ནི། སངས་རྒྱས་པདྨ་རྣམ་རྒྱས་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་དུ། །འོད་དཔག་མེད་པའི་རྒྱལ་སྲས་སྤྱན་རས་གཟིགས། །པདྨའི་རིགས་ཀྱི་མཆོག་གྱུར་ཆེན་པོ་ཡི། །སྐལ་ལྡན་རྣམས་ལ་དབང་བཞི་བསྐུར་དུ་གསོལ། །ཞེས་མཎྜལ་དབུལ་ལ་སོགས་བ་གདབ་པོ། །དེ་ནས་བུམ་དབང་བསྐུར་བ་ནི། བདག་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་གཙོ་བོར་གསལ་བའི་ཐུགས་ཀ་ནས། རྡོ་རྗེ་རྣལ་འབྱོར་མ་དང༌། མཁའ་འགྲོ་མ་བཞི་དང་ལྔ་སྤྲོས་ཏེ། བུམ་པ་ཐོགས་ནས། །སློབ་མའི་སྤྱི་བོར་དབང་བསྐུར་བར་བསམ་ཞིང༌། བཀྲ་ཤིས་བརྗོད་པ་དང༌། ཡིད་ལ་སྤྱན་རས་གཟིགས་ཀྱི་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་དུ་བུམ་པའི་ཆུས་དབང་བསྐུར་བར་བསམ་ཞིང༌། དངོས་སུ་རྣམ་རྒྱལ་བུམ་པ་སློབ་མའི་སྤྱི་བོར་བཟུང་ནས། ཇི་ལྟར་སངས་རྒྱས་པདྨ་རྣམས་རྒྱས་ཀྱི། འོད་དཔག་མེད་པའི་རྒྱལ་སྲས་སྤྱན་རས་གཟིགས། །ཆོས་ཀྱི་རྒྱལ་སྲིད་ཆེན་པོར་དབང་བསྐུར་ལྟར། །དེ་བཞིན་བདག་གིས་ཁྱོད་ལ་དབང་བསྐུར་རོ། །ཇི་ལྟར་བལྟམས་པ་ཙམ་གྱིས་ནི། །དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་ལ་ཁྲུས་གསོལ་ལྟར། ལྷ་ཡི་ཆུ་ནི་དག་པ་ཡིས། །སྤྱན་རས་གཟིགས་དབང་དབང་ཐོབ་པོ། །ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿ་ཧཱུ༵་ཧྲཱིཿ་ ཨོཾ་མ་ཎི་པདྨེ་ཧཱུ༵། ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་བཱ་རཱ་ཧཱི། ཨོཾ་སརྦ་བུདྡྷ་ཌཱ་ཀི་ནཱི་ཡེ། བཛྲ་ཝརྞ་ནཱི་ཡེ། བཛྲ་བཻ་རོ་ཙ་ནཱི་ཡེ། ཧ་རི་ནི་ས། ཨོཾ་སརྦ་ཏ་ཐཱ་ག་ཏ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥི་ཉྩ་མཱཾ། ཞེས་བརྗོད་དེ། སློབ་མ་མགོན་པོ་པདྨའི་སྣང་བ་རབ་ཏུ་རྒྱས་པའི་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་དུ་བྱིན་གྱིས་བརླབས་ཏེ། བསྐྱེད་རིམ་རྒྱས་པར་བསྒོམ་པ་ལ་དབང་བུམ་ཆུ་ཡར་འཁྱིལ་བ་ལས་འོད་དཔག་མེད་པས་དབུ་བརྒྱན་པར་བསྒོམ། དེས་ལུས་དག་པ་ཡེ་ཤེས་ལྔའི་ངོ་བོ། མགོན་པོ་སྤྱན་རས་གཟིགས་ཀྱི་སྐུའི་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་དུ་དབང་ཐོབ་པ་ཡིན་ནོ། །སློབ་མ་ལ་མཆོད་པ་རྣམ་ལྔ་དབུལ་ལོ། །དེ་ནས་གསང་བའི་དབང་ནི། ཀ་པཱ་ལ་བདུད་རྩིས་བཀང་བ་ལག་ཏུ་བཟུང་ལ། དེའི་དབུས་སུ། སངས་རྒྱས་པདྨ་རྣམ་རྒྱལ་ཡབ་ཡུམ་གྱི་སྦྱོར་མཚམས་ནས་བདུད་རྩི་བབས་པར་བསམས་ལ། དེའི་འོད་ཟེར་ཡི་གེ་དྲུག་པའི་གྲ་དང་བཅས་པ་ཕྱོགས་བཅུར་འཕྲོས་པས། ཕྱོགས་བཅུའི་དེ་བཞིན

嗡。 嗡 ཨཱཿ 吽 舍 嗡 嘛呢呗咪吽。 嗡 班杂 瓦日阿合。 萨瓦 布达 达吉尼耶。 班杂 瓦日那尼耶。 班杂 瓦日若杂尼耶。 哈日尼萨。 阿贝夏亚 亚贝夏亚。 萨瓦 达塔嘎达 阿比钦匝 吽 ཨཱཿ，这样念诵，让智慧尊进入。智慧尊进入的标志是心中生起安乐、明朗、无分别等等。祈请本尊赐予灌顶： 诸佛莲花遍布之坛城中， 无量光佛之子观世音， 莲花部之殊胜大主尊， 祈请为具缘者赐予四灌顶。 献上曼扎等。 之后授予瓶灌顶： 观想自身在坛城中显现为主要本尊，从心间幻化出金刚瑜伽母以及四位或五位空行母，手持宝瓶。 观想为弟子灌顶，念诵吉祥颂，心中观想在观世音菩萨的坛城中，以宝瓶之水进行灌顶。 实际上，手持胜乐宝瓶，置于弟子的头顶。 如同诸佛莲花之盛开， 无量光佛之子观世音， 如何授予大法王之王位， 同样我亦如是为你灌顶。 犹如诞生之初， 如同为如来沐浴一般， 以天神之清净甘露， 获得观世音之灌顶。 嗡 ཨཱཿ 吽 舍 嗡 嘛呢呗咪吽。 嗡 班杂 瓦日阿合。 嗡 萨瓦 布达 达吉尼耶。 班杂 瓦日那尼耶。 班杂 瓦日若杂尼耶。 哈日尼萨。 嗡 萨瓦 达塔嘎达 阿比钦匝 玛。 这样念诵，加持弟子进入莲花光明遍布的坛城中，为了能够圆满修习生起次第，观想宝瓶中的水向上涌起，无量光佛为之加持。 如此身体得以净化，获得五种智慧的体性。 获得了本尊观世音菩萨身之坛城的灌顶。 向弟子献上五种供养。 之后是秘密灌顶： 手持盛满甘露的颅器，观想在颅器中央，诸佛莲花遍布之坛城中，佛父佛母交合之处降下甘露。 观想其光芒与六字真言的音声一同向十方放射，十方诸佛

Om. Om Ah Hum Hrih Om Mani Padme Hum. Om Vajra Varahi. Sarva Buddha Dakiniye. Vajra Varnaniye. Vajra Vairochaniye. Hari Nisa. Abeshaya Yabeshaya. Sarva Tathagata Abhisinca Hum Ah. Saying this, let the wisdom being enter. The sign of the wisdom being entering is that the mind experiences bliss, clarity, non-conceptuality, and so on. Pray to the deity to bestow empowerment: In the mandala where the Buddhas' lotuses are fully bloomed, Avalokiteshvara, the prince of Limitless Light, Supreme great lord of the lotus family, Please bestow the four empowerments upon those who are fortunate. Offer the mandala and so on. Then, bestow the vase empowerment: Visualize yourself clearly as the main deity of the mandala, and from your heart, emanate Vajrayogini and four or five dakinis, holding vases. Thinking of bestowing empowerment on the disciple's crown, recite auspicious verses, and in your mind, visualize bestowing empowerment with the water of the vase in the mandala of Avalokiteshvara. Actually, hold the victorious vase on the disciple's crown. Just as the lotuses of the Buddhas fully bloom, Avalokiteshvara, the prince of Limitless Light, How he bestows the great kingship of Dharma, Likewise, I bestow empowerment upon you. Just as at the moment of birth, Just as bathing the Tathagata, With the pure water of the gods, May you obtain the empowerment of Avalokiteshvara. Om Ah Hum Hrih Om Mani Padme Hum. Om Vajra Varahi. Om Sarva Buddha Dakiniye. Vajra Varnaniye. Vajra Vairochaniye. Hari Nisa. Om Sarva Tathagata Abhisinca Mam. Saying this, bless the disciple into the mandala where the light of the lotus is fully bloomed. In order to fully practice the generation stage, visualize the water in the vase rising upwards, adorned with the head of Limitless Light. Thus, the body is purified, obtaining the essence of the five wisdoms. You have obtained the empowerment of the mandala of the body of the deity Avalokiteshvara. Offer the five offerings to the disciple. Then, the secret empowerment: Hold the skull cup filled with nectar in your hand, and in the center of it, visualize nectar descending from the union of the Buddha Father and Mother in the mandala where the lotuses of the Buddhas are fully bloomed. Visualize its rays and the sound of the six-syllable mantra radiating in all ten directions, all the Buddhas of the ten directions.
