In the treatises, there are eight kinds of mastery: mastery of the body, mastery of speech, mastery of mind, mastery of miraculous powers, mastery of going everywhere, mastery of enjoying desires, mastery of giving whatever is desired, and mastery of location. That is to say: Also, a subtle land worthy of offering, becoming my enjoyment, going anywhere, possessing desires and enjoying happiness, these are the eight masteries of a king. Thus it is said. Body, speech, mind, and great miraculous powers, going everywhere, enjoying desires and giving to others, the mastery of location has eight aspects, these are the teachings of Vajradhara. Thus it is said. The five eyes have already been explained above. A village is a place with one house. A city is a place where many houses are piled together. A town is a place with many groups of villages. A region is a place encompassed by one country. A district is a place where many areas are gathered together. The seven mothers are four mothers without husbands and three mothers with husbands, making seven in total, namely, Brahma Mother, Vishnu Mother, Ishvara Mother, and Youthful Mother, these four are mothers without husbands. Fierce Mother, Pig Mother, and Old Hag Mother, these three are the wives of Mahadeva. The five degenerations are: degeneration of views, degeneration of afflictions, degeneration of life, degeneration of food, and degeneration of time, these five. The remaining are easy to understand, so they are not explained. Thirteenth, the chapter on the mantra that gathers all names from the extremely concise. Now, in order to teach the mantra that gathers all names from the extremely concise, reciting Oṃ Sarva Dharmā (藏文:ཨོཾ་སརྦ་དྷརྨཱ་,梵文天城体:ॐ सर्व धर्मा,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ sarva dharmā,汉语字面意思:嗡,一切,法) and so on. Oṃ is also a word of auspiciousness, it is also the five wisdoms, it is also prostration and blessing. Sarva is all, Dharmā is dharma, Abāva is without things, Svabhāva is self-nature, Biśuddha is pure, Cakṣu is the eye. A Ā Aṃ Aḥ are symbols of the four liberations, namely: praise itself, without characteristics, without wishes, and skillful means, these four also include the meaning of no birth, thus summarizing, that is: with the pure eye, knowing that all dharmas are the self-nature of no things, without birth. Thus it is said.
