Then give the melodies, and then write or recite when pure. (Reciting) one million times is because of abiding in perfect equality. (Called) the mantra of action, it is because of highly praising all actions, and also because it can perfect the rotation with this. (Reciting) three million times is taught for the sake of the intermediate reciter. (Called) the secret mantra of the essence, it is because it is mainly taught to yogis who like to practice, therefore, this is what the reciter must practice in the heart, so it is called the essence. Secret mantras can be accomplished by recitation, but the essence must be perfected in its meaning through practice. Therefore, from knowing the essence arises samadhi, and where there is an equal mind, thus it is said. Called "one hundred thousand letters," the "letter" refers to the letter of the essence. "One hundred thousand" is to guide the lazy ones. Or, as many letters as there are, there are as many million times. The wise say: The number of letters in the secret mantra, less than fifteen, as many as the sum of the letters, recite as many million times. Some say that this is mastered through practice, reciting as its sound. The so-called "that and that action" and so on, means that this can be used in conjunction with the ritual of the action mantra, but not for rotation. The so-called "abiding well" and so on, is like a person holding a sword, if he does not hold the sword well, his hand will be cut off. Similarly, if the mantra is not recited well, either there will be no result, or it will become bad. In order to avoid this situation, when starting to collect letters, if the mind is thinking of something else, that is extremely bad. Just like defecating while bathing, it is to prohibit doing that. The explanation of the third chapter is finished. Chapter Four, Explanation of Practice. "All dharmas are selfless, done beforehand," and "arising the visualization of the deity," this is a brief explanation. These contents are first explained in detail by reciting secret mantras such as "Svabhava Shuddha (藏文,梵文天城体:स्वभावशुद्धः,梵文罗马拟音:svabhāvaśuddhaḥ,汉语字面意思:Self-nature pure)". The so-called "all dharmas" refers to the five aggregates, the eighteen realms, and the twelve sense bases. These are all selfless.

The term "having emptiness as its essence" means that it becomes naturally luminous, free from grasping and being grasped. After that, visualize it itself in the middle of the sky as a wind mandala made of blue letters, with the color of 'va'. This is the seat of the Great Wrathful One. Because this tantra is mainly based on actual practice (power), it can thoroughly dispel evil. As it is said: Messengers and other servants, and all those who are called by the name of the Wrathful One, are all practitioners from the beginningless, the mandala of all is mother and wind. The moon mandala refers to the seat of the noble Manjushri, which needs to be completely transformed, because the former is stable. Above it, starting from the letter དྷཱིཿ (Tibetan, Devanagari: धीः, Romanized Sanskrit: dhīḥ, literal meaning: wisdom). Here, first of all, Manjushri himself, with his peaceful body, saw that those who arose could not be subdued, so he placed the sun in his heart, threatening those who hated with its rays. However, seeing that those who hated extremely were still not subdued, he again blessed himself and the sun together as a burning vajra, and stayed on top of the incarnations that needed to be subdued, threatening them, but those who hated extremely were still not subdued. Then, again, he manifested the body of the Great Terrifier, completely destroying them. Therefore, those yogis are only acting accordingly. Therefore, it is also possible to subdue the gathering deities. And those who hate extremely will be explained as being enjoyed by Brahma, Indra, Ishvara, and Kumara. The so-called nine faces refer to the three right faces from the center and its related ones, and similarly the three left faces, and the upper and upper ones, which are the nine samadhis in which the Buddhas gradually abide in sequence. The so-called three realms refer to the lord of the three realms, namely the victor, the honey, and the one who accomplishes all meanings. The so-called sixteen feet refer to the complete purification of the sixteen emptinesses. Therefore, the sixteen corpses and so on are regarded as the signs of the sixteen attachments to external and internal phenomena.
