After reciting the previous words, offer the balim with "Om Hrih Shtrih Vi-krita Nana Hum Phet Maha Balim Puja Samaye Hum." Then, sound various cymbals and recite the mantra of the Space Treasury. Then, with the right hand remaining as it is, make the left fist in the shape of a skull. Urge with these verses: Lord Yama, command of the Executioner, King of Dharma, please listen and be aware. Today, this fierce activity, Is your appropriate task. In the world with gods, You judge good and bad according to Dharma. In the command circle of Yama the Executioner, You are the one who obeys and keeps vows. For death caused by karma and conditions, You are the master who controls life. Now I entrust this task to you, Your retinue is unruly, If ordinary sentient beings are innocent, Without being urged by others, Suddenly attacking and seizing, All these tasks that I have entrusted, Like the command of Manjushri the Youth, Show the vow mudra to the eyes, Proclaim the heart essence of the vow to the ears, Place the vajra samaya in the heart, After offering the samaya substances, Entrust the vow activity to you. If these tasks are to be accomplished, If you do not accomplish this task, You will also break the command of the Three Jewels, You will also tear the vow of Yama the Executioner, You will deceive your own samaya, The samaya friends, our, Hopes will be cut off from the root. Therefore, be sure to accomplish this task, In the mandala of your retinue, The one called Yama Dutī, Holds a black iron hook in her hand, Whoever she wants to seize, She seizes by just throwing it. The task entrusted to you is, In the realm called so-and-so, The name of the woman called so-and-so, The family name is called so-and-so, All these, together with their retinue, You must seize today. Also, in the mandala of the retinue, The one called Kala Pasha, Holds the noose of time in his hand, Whoever he wants to seize, He seizes by just throwing it. The rest is as before. Also, in the mandala of the retinue, The one called Yama Damshtri, Holds a black club in his hand, All those who want to be killed, Die by just raising it. The rest is as before.

又于轮之坛城中，有名为阎啖施者，具有吞噬之獠牙，凡欲吞噬者，仅以注视即可吞噬。其余如前。又于轮之坛城中，有迦罗罗底等，屠杀母与黑母，以及船、夏卡丽等，为妇女众围绕，有的持业之镜，有的持疾病之囊，有的持兵器之箭，有的持魔之文书，有的持黑白算石，有的乘铁之骡马，有的骑驴与乌鸦，有的乘黑风旋风，有的骑黑水鸟，有的于空中游行，有的于河中游行，有的于日之光中游行，皆夺取他命者，交付于汝管理者，其余如前。又于轮之坛城中，有雅瓦帝与恰瓦桑等，以及蹄、发髻九者等，有的住于国王之相，有的住于大臣之相，有些则是军队首领之相，手持棍棒、轮等，以及明木等兵器。各自派遣军队首领，以及使者、侍从等，迅速交付事业者，于名为某某之地域中，名为某某女之名，姓氏名为某某，此等眷属一切，汝于今日摄受之。如是劝请，献上三次红色供品，念诵上方供品之咒。其后行灌誓水，于香水中倾入五甘露，内中放入金刚杵，念诵嗡 班匝 达 嘎 吽 扎（藏文，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：Om Vajra Dakah Hum Thah，汉语字面意思：嗡，金刚，水，吽，啪），随力念诵。之后于阎摩之像前放置金刚杵，从上方倾入香水，观想阎摩罗阇及其眷属之心间，化为智慧金刚，光芒闪耀。此乃汝之地狱之水，违越誓言则焚烧，守护誓言则成就，以此金刚甘露之水成就。若违越誓言，则文殊金刚亦忿怒，从心间出离。嗡 班匝 达 嘎 吽 扎（藏文，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：Om Vajra Dakah Hum Thah，汉语字面意思：嗡，金刚，水，吽，啪），为忆念先前之誓言，加上此金刚之誓言，不退转之金刚誓言，安住于汝之心

Also, in the mandala of the wheel, there are Kala Ratri and others, slaughtering mothers and black mothers, as well as boats, Shakali, and others, surrounded by a host of women. Some have mirrors of karma, some have bags of disease, some have arrows of weapons, some have demonic documents, some have black and white counting stones, some ride iron mules and horses, some ride donkeys and crows, some ride black windstorms, some ride black water birds, some travel in the middle of the sky, some travel in the middle of rivers, some travel in the rays of the sun. All are takers of others' lives, entrusted to you to manage. The rest is as before. Also, in the mandala of the wheel, there are Yavati and Chyava Sang, and nine with hooves and matted hair, etc. Some reside in the form of kings, some reside in the form of ministers, and some are in the form of army leaders, holding clubs, wheels, and bright wood weapons. Each dispatches army leaders, as well as messengers and attendants, to quickly deliver tasks. In the region called Chege, the name of the woman called Chege Mo, the family name is Chege Mo. All these retinues, may you seize them today. Thus urged, offer red offerings three times, and recite the mantra of the upper offering. Then, perform the oath-water ritual. Pour five amritas into fragrant water, and place a vajra inside. Recite Om Vajra Dakah Hum Thah (藏文，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：Om Vajra Dakah Hum Thah，汉语字面意思：嗡，金刚，水，吽，啪) as much as you can. Then, place the vajra on top of the Yama image, and pour fragrant water from above. Visualize that in the hearts of Yama Raja and his retinue, each transforms into a radiant wisdom vajra. This is your hell water. If you break the oath, it will burn. If you keep the oath, you will achieve accomplishment. This vajra amrita water will accomplish it. If you break the oath, then Manjushri Vajra will also become wrathful and depart from your heart. Om Vajra Dakah Hum Thah (藏文，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：Om Vajra Dakah Hum Thah，汉语字面意思：嗡，金刚，水，吽，啪), to remember the previous vows, adding this vajra vow, the irreversible vajra vow, abides in your heart.
