Through action, after reciting this mantra a million times, on the fourteenth of the dark moon, at a crossroads or under a tree, etc., mentally generate the mandala filled with sacred nectar, and perform the Vajra descent as it should be done. The reason for saying "because there is no缘分 (yuánfèn, karmic affinity)" is that at that time, sentient beings have small afflictions and are of good nature. Therefore, it is not appropriate to abandon their desires with attachment, etc. Therefore, because this is not shown, they are called without 缘分 (yuánfèn). The so-called "in a क्षण (kṣaṇa, moment), a thaṅ (a very short time), a yud (a very short time), one perfects the Bodhi of the Buddha" refers to the extraordinary क्षण (kṣaṇa) etc. born from the extreme peak, or it only refers to generating the seed of enlightenment. These are also said to make sentient beings who have faith in this tantra generate respect. The so-called "hearing the word vow of the Vajra speech" etc., through the practice of meditating on the selfless actions of body, speech, and mind, one can obtain it in a क्षण (kṣaṇa) and yud (a very short time), and after hearing it becomes highly summarized. These Bodhisattvas, great Bodhisattvas, show it in this way, for the Bodhisattvas who have entered the great earth, there is no 缘分 (yuánfèn) to even hear the name, and we are more superior than them, in order to show joy to sentient beings who are particularly devoted to the great gathering of the three secrets. The so-called "for the three sufferings" refers to the suffering of conditioning, the suffering of change, and the suffering of suffering. The so-called "three secret letters" refers to body, speech, and mind being the three Vajra secrets, which in ultimate truth are the nature of non-substantiality, therefore they are letters. The so-called "Bhagavan, there is not even the 缘分 (yuánfèn) to hear even a small amount, just like a family member" means that if there is temporarily no 缘分 (yuánfèn) to manifest the secret letters through thinking and meditation, then what need is there to talk about hearing? Because our secret is the nature of the letter Āḥ, therefore it is contradictory for oneself to do to oneself, and because the hearer, thinker, and meditator have not arisen.

If. In this way, even with a non-examining attitude, individual ordinary beings might think, "We are fortunate to hear these secret letters, etc., but the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas are not," in order to make them understand this. The statement "letters are common" is to dispel those who slander that Bodhisattvas cannot hear secret letters; therefore, it is said to purify the three secret letters completely. Having thus shown the complete purification of the secret letters, the Tathagata dwells in the bhaga (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思) of a woman, meaning that all dharmas are without inherent existence. Generate desire for this, in order to make the disciples understand, because the secret letters are completely pure, that itself is the cause here. Then, from "all the Tathagatas" etc. to "in the realm of sentient beings," it means that the minds of sentient beings, because they are stable, are called minds, because they are equally placed, they are samadhi, because they are definite, they are vajra. This is because it is said, "The minds of sentient beings, because they are stable, are called minds, because they are equally placed, they are samadhi, because they are definite, they are vajra." "The lord of the place" means becoming the lord of the three realms. Then, whose mind is it? It is said to be the "vajra mind," the vajra mind is the bodhicitta that is free from the appearance of grasping and being grasped. The manifestation of skillful means and wisdom, here it refers to "please protect me," is through meditating on the completely pure union of skillful means and wisdom. "Lord, if you wish me to be alive today," it means that if I am a yogi who engages in desire, in order to abandon desire with desire, generating the correct union of skillful means and wisdom is being alive; similarly, it should be understood for others as well. Having entered into the samadhi called "the vajra glory that enjoys all desires," it means that through the four eyes, etc., and the union of skillful means and wisdom, generating all sentient realms as the nature of Samantabhadra is enjoying all desires. Because of its own beauty, it is glory; the samadhi that generates that

Then, what is (ཉེ་བར་ལོངས་སྤྱོད་པའི་དཔལ་)? It is the samadhi called "The Splendor of Enjoying All Desires," that is, abiding in this samadhi. "The vow wheel enjoys desires" means abiding in the mandala of the Blessed One himself. "Body, speech, and mind vajra completely pure" means that it manifests inseparably with the great nature of having conduct, which is its meaning. "The eye has become speech" means that because there is no distinction between self and other, there is no elaboration of speech. Thus, after placing the means and wisdom in their respective places, in order for the Blessed One to subdue beings who indulge in desire, by the power of previous attraction, for the beings to be tamed, the essence of the body, speech, and mind vajra of all the Tathagatas arising from conduct fills the entire world realm like a cataract. They also become the nature of Samantabhadra because they have realized the nature of body, speech, and mind vajra. This will show the following: The Great Vajradhara first determines himself as the nature of the first conduct, and then contemplates the first conduct, the supreme king of the mandala, and the supreme king of action. With the pride of the lord of the mandala, all dharmas are believed to be like the sky. Requested by the eyes and so on, truly contemplating conduct in the manner of a cataract, that is, abandoning desire with desire, one should have more faith in the conduct of sentient beings. Then, if one becomes tired after meditating in the four periods, the three letters of Vajrasattva are placed in the body, speech, and mind vajra. Vairochana is the body vajra of all beings in the three realms. Amitabha is the speech vajra of all beings in the three realms. The Great Vajradhara abides in the mind vajra of all beings in the three realms. One should truly contemplate the conduct of the equality of body, speech, and mind of all the Tathagatas. Kunga Nyingpo has completed this difficult commentary on the supreme vajra with reverence. May the world attain the state of Vajradhara through the merit I have accumulated.
