May there be auspiciousness! The difficult commentary on the Great King of Tantras called "The Union of the Secrets of Body, Speech, and Mind of All Tathagatas," composed by the teacher Kunga Nyingpo, is complete. Translated by the Indian Abbot Bijaya Shri Bhadra and the great translator-monk Rinchen Zangpo. Later, it was revised and finalized by Acharya Shraddha Kara Varma. Chapter Seventeen: Explanation of what is called "The King of the Vajra Empowerment of the Vows and Samayas of All Tathagatas."
