And it is for accomplishing through substances. The eight are as follows: the accomplishment of pills, the accomplishment of eye medicine, the accomplishment of the underground, the accomplishment of the sword, the accomplishment of flying in the sky, the accomplishment of sharp eyes, the accomplishment of no death transference, and the accomplishment of destroying diseases. The meaning that is spoken is just that, the accomplishment of pills and eye medicine, etc. Among them, the pill, the Blessed One himself will explain in detail below, so it is not elaborated here. The accomplishment of eye medicine is like this: on the twenty-ninth of the dark moon, at midnight, at the crossroads of the road, sitting on a skull, and in front of it, three skulls are erected like a tripod. Between the two, place a Bhaṇḍa (Sanskrit: Bhaṇḍa, container) filled with great fat mixed with the five ambrosias. In the middle of it, erect the essence of Agarwood cotton wrapped with lotus thread, mixed with blood and feces, etc., and light it into a fire. If Agarwood cotton and lotus thread are not found, other necessities can be used. Cover the smoke of the fire flame with a ghee lamp and place it on the three tripods. To this, the yogi, after touching with the vajra, visualizes the five aggregates as the five families, and recites the mantra Om (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Om) Ah (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: आः, Sanskrit Romanization: āḥ, Chinese literal meaning: Ah) Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूँ, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum) Svaha (Tibetan: སྭཱཧཱ, Sanskrit Devanagari: स्वाहा, Sanskrit Romanization: svāhā, Chinese literal meaning: Svaha) until dawn. Then take that smoke and apply it to your eyes, and you will achieve the accomplishment of body, speech, and mind. As it is said in the Guhyasamaja Tantra: At the crossroads of the road, under a single tree, in the place of the dakinis or in a quiet place, there Vajra Ajana, should be placed in the skulls. And so on. Underground refers to the accomplishment of the underground, which is the accomplishment of asuras and dragon daughters. For example, visualize the noble Vajra Underground with three faces and six arms, holding a rope and an axe, a trident and an iron hook, the first two hands embracing the consort, the body black. Such a yogi draws a vajra iron hook on a brick or stone, or on a Tala leaf, etc., inserts it into the opening, and during the Rahu eclipse, the iron hook repeatedly extends from the opening, visualizing the summoning of the dragon daughter or asura daughter, and recites the mantra Om (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Om) Ah (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: आः, Sanskrit Romanization: āḥ, Chinese literal meaning: Ah) Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूँ, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum) Akarshaya Jah (Tibetan: ཛཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: जः, Sanskrit Romanization: jaḥ, Chinese literal meaning: Jah).
