The form of the earth, as well as Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, and Pratyekabuddhas, and Sravakas and learners and non-learners, and the various assemblies of ordinary beings, these various phenomena that are self-existent, both moving and non-moving, are, in the ultimate sense, without self because their nature of grasping and holding is without self. Absence of characteristics is because, in the ultimate sense, there is no cause. Absence of aspiration is because, in the ultimate sense, there is no exceedingly superior result. Each sentient being, in the ultimate sense, is luminous by nature, without grasping and holding, without cause and effect, and all the various forms of ultimate appearance are considered to be merely non-dual. Therefore, the nature of each form being merely non-dual, the various dharmas are empty of all conceptualizations such as grasping and holding, cause and effect, and so forth, which is the suchness of emptiness. Here too, the conceptualizations that hold this view are emptiness, and how, with a superior intention, without substance, the aggregates are constant and continuous, and indivisible, which is referred to as the Dharmakaya. This itself is to be stabilized with the mantra of emptiness: om shunyata jnana vajra svabhava atmako 'ham. Then, in conventional truth, relying on the objects of cause and effect, the forms of body, enjoyment, and place, etc., the continuum of one's own mind is completely transformed, and from the sky arises a red OM syllable. When that is completely transformed, a red sun disc arises. On top of that, a black HUM syllable with its head facing upwards, when that is completely transformed, a black five-pronged vajra stands upright. In its center, in the place of the sun disc, the HUM syllable itself is to be visualized. Then, from the HUM syllable, all the manifested five-pronged vajras, the black essence of light rays the size of a bean, when completely transformed, visualize the vajra nature of the ground as desired, as well as the vajra fence that has become lateral and the vajra tent that has become above, and thinking that when the HUM syllable disappears, the vajra and so on do not exist, and below the vajra nature of the ground, further visualize the yellow LAM syllable completely transformed, and the mandala of the earth arises.

Marked by a three-pointed vajra wheel. Below that, the syllable yaṃ (藏文:ཡཾ་,梵文天城体:यं,梵文罗马拟音:yaṃ,汉语字面意思:扬), like smoke, completely transforms. From that arises a wind mandala of immeasurable width, like a drawn bow, marked by two blue victory banners whose ends are moved by the wind. Above that, surrounded by a vajra fence, in a very long space, the red syllable raṃ (藏文:རཾ་,梵文天城体:रं,梵文罗马拟音:raṃ,汉语字面意思:让) completely transforms. From that arises a triangular fire mandala, blazing to the very end of the vajra fence. Above the vajra tent, the white syllable vaṃ (藏文:བཾ་,梵文天城体:वं,梵文罗马拟音:vaṃ,汉语字面意思:旺) completely transforms. From that arises a water mandala marked by vases, propelled by heroic force, abiding at the very end of the blazing fire mandala. One should meditate on this. In the center of the vajra-nature ground, without touching the sides, in the sky and space, the eleven wrathful deities, such as Yamāntaka, especially abide. One should meditate on the protective wheel of the rapidly spinning yellow ten-spoked wheel, just as in the instructions. Furthermore, Yamāntaka and others, as well as Mañjuvajra and others, all the Bhagavāns who will be explained, the yogi should observe their hands, faces, colors, and shapes, just as they are arranged in the offering ritual. In the meditation ritual, one should regard these as supreme in their respective places. With pride, having meditated for a moment on the previously shown protective wheel, one should quickly and without obstacles especially trust in the various natures. Glorious Vajra Hūṃ. Completely transformed, from that arises the mudra of the source of Dharma, a triangular sky, white in color, with two corners facing upwards, wide inside, a wheel that illuminates all directions with a collection of various rays of light, one should meditate on this. In its center, in the sky, one should meditate on various lotuses, and on top of that, various vajras. In its center, as wide as desired, in the center of the moon mandala, one should meditate on the white syllable bhrūṃ (藏文:བྲུཾ་,梵文天城体:भ्रूं,梵文罗马拟音:bhrūṃ,汉语字面意思:呼隆), and from its complete transformation arises a white twelve-spoked wheel. In its center is the syllable bhrūṃ (藏文:བྲུཾ་,梵文天城体:भ्रूं,梵文罗马拟音:bhrūṃ,汉语字面意思:呼隆) abiding on the moon. From that, through emanations, all beings are made into Vairocana, and then they return to that very
