It is extensively discussed, including "May it become so." Furthermore, the noble Maitreya also said: "As it appears to oneself, When engaging in the realm of experience, Abiding in existence, with a compassionate heart, Howsoever appropriate, With a mind to benefit sentient beings, Through that gateway, diligently make aspirations." Thus it is said. Secondly, it is to contemplate all realms of experience with the reasoning of selflessness. In the Sutra Pitaka, it is also said: "Son of the lineage, the monk reciter, in order to avert the meaning of obstacles created by evil demons, he contemplates selflessness, thereby overcoming them and enjoying," and so on, extensively discussed. Therefore, contemplating selflessness is the antidote to perversion, and although it is difficult to definitively prevent it from arising from the ground, it is exhausted by realizing it. From the arising of undesirable results, one realizes the truth alone, powerless. From where does evil arise from being seized by form and so on? Therefore, selflessness does not arise all at once in that perversion. Thus it is said: "Whoever does not desire various, In the world, the attachment of discrimination, Likewise, the desire of a person, The world's dwelling changes variously, He firmly subdues his own mind." Thus it is said. Thirdly, it is the antidote to the appearance of form and so on as ordinary nature, by focusing solely on extreme clarity. Therefore, one practices by focusing solely on the body of the Buddha and so on. Therefore, I do not desire that self-nature is good. Because of the difference in intention, that itself is the nature of goodness. Therefore, it is declared: "If a Bodhisattva makes offerings with all pleasures for many eons to eighty thousand Buddhas, each with eighty thousand attendants, and some Bodhisattvas, for the sake of upholding the true Dharma, partake of alms food themselves," and so on, extensively discussed. Fourthly, it is to abandon all conceptual thoughts and to equally place all realms of experience in the body of the Sugata, which radiates light everywhere, possesses all excellent aspects, and is inseparable from suchness. That itself is the cause of true perfection, therefore it is a true offering. To that

Because of fearing subtle faults, sins will increase. Therefore, if all ordinariness and attachments are prevented, that is the true great protection from suffering. As it is said: The protection of the eyes is good, the protection of the nose is excellent, the protection of the tongue is good, the protection of the body is very good, the protection of the mind is good. O bhikkhu with good protection, you will be liberated from all suffering. This scripture is also of this meaning. Therefore, turning away from conforming forms and so on is not true abandonment, nor is it a vessel for enlightenment. If one is afraid of what should not be feared, that is the cause of various sufferings. As it is said: Fearing what should not be feared, such behavior is the cause of downfall, the source of great sins, because this cause will last for a very long time. Due to the decline of the lineage, one will also abandon the spiritual friend, and completely abandon wisdom. From the previously unperformed good deeds and this great meaning of Dharma, he will fall because of this. Therefore, this itself makes one's own mind truly happy, so it is an offering. Preventing all inversions, so it is protection. Turning away from stinginess and so on is reaching the other shore. Therefore, yogis also act like ordinary people. Now, the ritual of such a yogi consuming food will be shown, such as knowing the time of eating and so on. Among them, when a yogi enjoys food, in the center of the heart-moon, that is, on the moon in the heart, visualize the mandala of the wisdom-being, with one's own mantra, such as (Tibetan: བུཾ,Devanagari: भूं,IAST: bhūṃ,Literal meaning: seed syllable), or just with (Tibetan: མཾ,Devanagari: मं,IAST: maṃ,Literal meaning: seed syllable) to visualize. Then, purify the essence of one's own food and drink, no matter how much there is, into the essence of bodhicitta, as clear as water, purify it through the order of wind and so on, emitting light from all directions, that is, cool it down with (Tibetan: ཨོཾ,Devanagari: ओ,IAST: oṃ,Literal meaning: Om) which has five lights. All things are equal, purify the food with a non-dual mind. Then, bless and purify it with those three. Visualize one's own tongue as a vajra, and the headdress as the lord, in this way, make the body vajra and so on, that is, make the deities of the heart mandala satisfied. This is (its meaning).
