The fourth chapter and, like a cloudless sky, is the constant fifth manifestation. Having seen such a sign, if you are sure that it is stable, you should first develop it. The so-called "its radiance" is the radiance of the mandala of subtle characteristics. The power arising from this is the mandala of the Tathagata, and various hand gestures, such as vajra, sword, wheel, jewel, lotus, etc., should be developed. From other developed forms, practice mindfulness through the order of oral instructions. Afterwards, fully develop the nature of the place and the abiding, and then recite. The root tantra also says: "The places of Buddhas' enlightenment, briefly develop them there, marked by body, speech, and mind, the words of mantras should be well spoken." Now, in order to obtain the signs of accomplishment, the ritual of secret mantra recitation is explained, starting from "then recitation" and so on. After that, one who wishes to recite, with a focused mind, regards the nature of all things, that is, one's own mind, as the nature of the wheel of the mandala, because there is no deity outside of this, so one makes one's own mind the only essence. What should be done? The so-called "possessing the radiance of the mind" means that one's own mind has various colors of radiance. The "root mantra" refers to the मं (Tibetan, Devanagari: मं, Romanized Sanskrit: maṃ, literal Chinese meaning: Mang) residing in the heart of the wisdom being. The wise should practice by understanding the oral instructions, residing in the center of the mandalas such as the wheel in the heart of the body vajra etc., such as ॐ (Tibetan, Devanagari: ॐ, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ, literal Chinese meaning: Om). That is, it is so for everything. Based on what should one recite? That is, the so-called "king of mantras" and so on. The so-called "based on abandoning and prohibiting" means that later, the breath exhales and inhales, based on this, with the distinction of twelve moments, one recites after developing, offering, and withdrawing. The so-called "developing with body etc." means developing the wheel of the body vajra etc. How to develop? The so-called "gradually or" means that when reciting the mantra of the body mandala, only the body appears, and speech and mind should also be understood in the same way. If done simultaneously, then when reciting the mantra of the body, speech

, and it should be known that the mind is also flowing. Similarly, speech and mind should also be known. The recitation of body, speech, and mind is those two aspects. Wisdom Courage is only a moment, which is to unfold the wheel of the five-part mandala. Just as one treats oneself, one should recite and believe in everything in the same way, i.e., maṃ ngo (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Roman transliteration, Chinese literal meaning). In this way, by unfolding, in the entire sky, illuminate with the bright light of the body, etc., and believe until the union of bindus. Then, as mentioned above, like the king of the mandala. That is, from the heart of the Wisdom Courage, unfold the light of all things, and in the order of form, etc., invite them into the lotus of the goddess, and become the seed syllables such as jaḥ (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Roman transliteration, Chinese literal meaning), and then merge from there again. That light, from the pores of the goddess, unfolds at the appropriate time by reciting mantras. The various offering clouds that arise from that, various kinds, that is, the Vajra Mother of Form, etc., are surrounded by retinues holding their own symbols and make offerings. How to do it? That is, embracing the supreme consort, merging into the self-appearing consort, becoming the support of great bliss, and descending great bliss with her, that is, playing. Experience that, realize that it is controlled by that great bliss, and then gather it. How to gather it? That is, to be full, full of signs, etc. The retinue of the Powerful King is the unfolded mandala. Finally, it refers to the time of entering the center. Merging into the body means merging into the center of each seed syllable. That's all, it's the explanation of the oral instruction recitation. I have not explained the inner recitation. The union of bindus and the subtle union, and the recitation of secret mantras, these three must also follow the order of Manjushri, his consort, and the deities of the mandala, knowing that there are small, medium, and large practices, and corresponding fruits, etc. Similarly, the initial yoga, etc., should also be known. Others say that the four limbs, such as bindus, are only great practices, etc. That is unreasonable, why the Blessed One
